【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家康復(fù)、教育與服務(wù)水平的不斷提升,我國(guó)殘疾人職業(yè)教育體系不斷健全,但目前有關(guān)殘疾人職業(yè)能力的開(kāi)發(fā)尚存在特殊教育義務(wù)教育體系構(gòu)建不完整、職業(yè)教育向規(guī)模化發(fā)展體系不夠完善等問(wèn)題。提升殘疾人職業(yè)能力是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,也是彌補(bǔ)勞動(dòng)力短缺的需要;诖,應(yīng)健全殘疾兒童特殊教育服務(wù)體系,構(gòu)建發(fā)展性的特殊職業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)體系,提高企業(yè)參與度,建立專(zhuān)門(mén)化的評(píng)價(jià)體系,構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)性、全局性的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新體系,以促進(jìn)我國(guó)殘疾人職業(yè)能力的開(kāi)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of national rehabilitation, education and service level, the vocational education system of disabled people in China has been improved, but there is incomplete construction of compulsory education system of special education in the development of vocational ability of disabled people at present. Vocational education to scale development system is not perfect and so on. Improving the professional ability of the disabled is the need of economic and social development, but also the need to make up for the shortage of labor force. Based on this, we should perfect the special education service system for children with disabilities, construct the special vocational education and training system of development, improve the participation of enterprises, establish the specialized evaluation system, and build a systematic and global collaborative innovation system. In order to promote the development of vocational ability of the disabled in our country.
