【摘要】：成人教育院校需要著眼于服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展需求,通過校企合作方式,借鑒企業(yè)優(yōu)秀管理理論提高學(xué)生的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。通過企業(yè)管理理論在成人教育院校發(fā)展中的不斷創(chuàng)新、拓展和深化,夯實(shí)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ),提高發(fā)展質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Adult education institutions need to focus on serving the development needs of the economic and social, through the way of cooperation between schools and enterprises, learning from the enterprise excellent management theory to improve the professional literacy of students. Through the continuous innovation of enterprise management theory in the development of adult education colleges and universities, it can expand and deepen, consolidate the foundation of development and improve the quality of development.
