【摘要】：感恩作為積極情緒之一,可以通過建構(gòu)多種生理、心理和社會資源,改善個體生活狀況,轉(zhuǎn)換個體看待問題的角度和思維方式,對個體發(fā)展具有重要意義。本研究的目的在于深入探究我國聽障中學(xué)生感恩狀況,為家庭和學(xué)校開展有效的感恩教育提供實(shí)證參考。本研究包括三個部分:一是參考國內(nèi)外已有的感恩測量工具,構(gòu)建適合于我國聽障青少年感恩測量的理論模型,并據(jù)此編寫聽障中學(xué)生感恩測量工具。二是對聽障中學(xué)生感恩的特點(diǎn)和相關(guān)因素做了分析。三是通過內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測驗(yàn)(IAT),考察聽障中學(xué)生感恩內(nèi)隱效應(yīng)的特點(diǎn),探討感恩內(nèi)隱效應(yīng)和外顯感恩的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)聽障中學(xué)生感恩問卷包括認(rèn)知、情感和行為傾向三個維度,問卷的信度、效度符合心理計(jì)量學(xué)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),可以用于聽障中學(xué)生感恩水平的測量。(2)聽障中學(xué)生的感恩水平總體偏高,性別差異邊際顯著,在學(xué)段和聽力損傷程度上不存在顯著差異。不同家庭結(jié)構(gòu)聽障中學(xué)生的感恩也沒有顯著差異。個體感受到的不同社會支持水平可以顯著預(yù)測聽障中學(xué)生的感恩水平。(3)聽障中學(xué)生的感恩與自尊、主觀幸福感存在極其顯著的正相關(guān),與整個心理健康測驗(yàn)的得分存在極其顯著的負(fù)相關(guān),和偏執(zhí)、人際關(guān)系緊張與敏感、學(xué)習(xí)壓力三個指標(biāo)存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān),和焦慮、適應(yīng)不良、情緒不平衡、心理不平衡四個指標(biāo)存在極其顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)。(4)聽障中學(xué)生感恩的內(nèi)隱效應(yīng)極其顯著,和外顯感恩不存在顯著相關(guān)。二者是兩個相對獨(dú)立的系統(tǒng)。(5)聽障中學(xué)生感恩的內(nèi)隱效應(yīng)在性別、年級和聽力損傷程度上均不存在顯著差異。
[Abstract]:As one of the positive emotions, gratitude can be used to construct a variety of physiological, psychological and social resources to improve the individual life situation and to transform the individual's perspective and way of thinking. It is of great significance to the individual development. The purpose of this study is to explore the gratitude status of the students in our country and to carry out an effective sense for the family and the school. This study includes three parts: first, referring to the domestic and foreign gratitude measurement tools, to construct a theoretical model suitable for the Thanksgiving measurement of the hearing impaired teenagers in our country, and to write the gratitude measurement tools for the deaf students. Two, the characteristics and related factors of the gratitude for the deaf students are analyzed. Three is through the analysis. The implicit association test (IAT) was used to investigate the characteristics of the implicit effect of gratitude for the deaf middle school students and to explore the relationship between implicit and explicit gratitude. The results are as follows: (1) the questionnaire includes three dimensions of cognition, emotion and behavior. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are in conformity with the standard of psychometrics and can be used for middle school students with hearing impairment. The measurement of gratitude level. (2) the level of gratitude of middle school students with hearing impairment is generally high, the margin of gender differences is significant, there is no significant difference between the academic segment and the degree of hearing impairment. There is no significant difference in the gratitude of the middle school students with different family structure hearing impairment. The individual feeling of different social support levels can predict the gratitude water of the deaf students. (3) there was an extremely significant positive correlation between the gratitude and self-esteem of the deaf middle school students, and there was an extremely significant negative correlation with the score of the whole mental health test, and paranoia, interpersonal tension and sensitivity, and the three indicators of learning stress, which had significant negative correlation, and anxiety, maladjustment, emotional imbalance, and psychological imbalance four. There was an extremely significant negative correlation in the indicators. (4) the implicit effect of gratitude for the deaf middle school students was extremely significant, and there was no significant correlation with the explicit gratitude. The two were two relatively independent systems. (5) the implicit effect of gratitude for the middle school students was not significantly different in gender, grade and hearing impairment.
