【摘要】：高等教育自學(xué)考試作為我國(guó)國(guó)民教育體系的一個(gè)重要類(lèi)別和組成部分,在理念和實(shí)踐上與學(xué)分銀行具有高度的契合性。目前,在高等教育自學(xué)考試學(xué)分銀行探索中,存在著諸如頂層設(shè)計(jì)不完善、學(xué)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一、課程設(shè)置不合理和管理效率不高等困境。針對(duì)上述困境,本文提出推進(jìn)學(xué)分銀行相關(guān)法規(guī)建設(shè)、成立專(zhuān)門(mén)的學(xué)分銀行機(jī)構(gòu)、構(gòu)建成果認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系、完善課程體系立法、完善課程設(shè)置體系以及搭建信息化管理平臺(tái)等舉措,以期推動(dòng)高等教育自學(xué)考試學(xué)分銀行的構(gòu)建與發(fā)展,為構(gòu)建終身學(xué)習(xí)體系和建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As an important category and component of China's national education system, the higher education self-study examination has a high consistency with the credit bank in concept and practice. At present, in the exploration of credit bank of higher education self-study examination, there are many difficulties such as imperfect top-level design, disunity of credit standard, unreasonable curriculum setting and low management efficiency. In view of the above difficulties, this paper proposes to promote the construction of relevant laws and regulations of credit banks, to set up specialized credit banking institutions, to establish a system of certification standards for achievements, and to perfect the legislation of the curriculum system. In order to promote the construction and development of the credit bank of self-study examination in higher education, the course setup system and the information management platform should be improved, which will lay the foundation for the construction of life-long learning system and the construction of a learning society.
