我國青少年營地培養(yǎng)目標與課程模塊設(shè)置研究

【摘要】:目前,快速發(fā)展的青少年營地面臨著諸多問題,其中以課程建設(shè)問題尤為突出。本文以我國青少年戶外營地培養(yǎng)目標與課程模塊為研究對象,運用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法與數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,通過對我國青少年營地培養(yǎng)目標與課程設(shè)置基本情況的調(diào)查研究,探究與分析營地課程建設(shè)中存在的問題,結(jié)合相關(guān)課程開發(fā)基本理論,探索適合我國青少年營地的培養(yǎng)目標與課程模塊。結(jié)論:1.我國目前青少年營地課程開展形式靈活,1—2天周末體驗形式最為普遍;參與者年齡集中在8—12歲;培訓(xùn)方式以體驗式為主,并注重青少年能力培養(yǎng);課程開發(fā)途徑與方式靈活;營地自主培養(yǎng)與高校專業(yè)畢業(yè)生是基地師資主要來源;師資團隊專業(yè)理論知識缺乏成為制約課程開發(fā)的主要因素。2.青少年營地培養(yǎng)目標設(shè)置以“團隊精神、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、生存能力、冒險精神”等為培養(yǎng)目標的主要內(nèi)容,注重實踐能力與探索精神培養(yǎng),但其系統(tǒng)性、合理性、科學性較差,先課程設(shè)置,后目標擬定是營地培養(yǎng)目標設(shè)置中的普遍做法。3.青少年營地課程設(shè)置,有較為明確地課程模塊,內(nèi)容以戶外運動、勞動實踐、文化體驗、自然教育等為主,但表面上課程內(nèi)容繁多,實則缺乏系統(tǒng)層級設(shè)置。4.青少年營地培養(yǎng)目標可歸納為三個維度,26個因素。維度一:能力結(jié)構(gòu)(含:獨立思考能力、解決問題能力等11個因素);維度二:態(tài)度與三觀(含:愛國意識、良好個人形象、良好社會關(guān)系等11個因素);維度三:知識結(jié)構(gòu)(含:歷史人文知識、野外生存知識等4個因素)。5.青少年營地課程模塊可歸納為四個維度,共20個因素。維度一:生存與適應(yīng)(含:野外生存、體驗式學習等6個因素);維度二:自然與科技(含:天文知識、媒介素養(yǎng)等6個因素);維度三:運動與文化(含:大眾體育運動、戶外挑戰(zhàn)運動等4個因素);維度四:責任與實踐(含:勞動實踐、國防知識普及等4個因素)。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapidly developing youth camp faces many problems, especially curriculum construction. In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a research on the training goal and curriculum of the youth camp in our country, through the investigation and research on the basic situation of the training goal and curriculum design of the youth camp in our country. This paper probes into and analyzes the problems existing in the course construction of the campsites, and explores the training objectives and curriculum modules suitable for the youth camps in our country by combining the basic theories of the relevant curriculum development. Conclusion 1. At present, the form of youth camp curriculum in our country is the most common, the participants are concentrated in 8-12 years old, the training mode is experiential, and the ability training of young people is emphasized. The course development way and way is flexible; the camp independent cultivation and the university graduates are the base teachers' main source; the teacher team specialized theory knowledge lack becomes the main factor which restricts the curriculum development. "team spirit, leadership, survival ability, adventurous spirit" are the main contents of the training goal of youth camp, and pay attention to the cultivation of practice ability and exploration spirit, but it is systematic, reasonable and scientific. First curriculum setting, then goal setting is the common practice in setting up camp training goals. 3. There are definite curriculum modules in the youth camp. The contents are mainly outdoor sports, labor practice, cultural experience, natural education, etc., but on the surface there are a lot of curriculum contents, but there is a lack of system level setting. 4. The training goal of youth camp can be divided into three dimensions and 26 factors. Dimension I: ability structure (including: independent thinking ability, problem-solving ability, etc.); Dimension two: attitude and three views (including patriotic consciousness, good personal image, etc.) Dimension 3: knowledge structure (including historical and humanistic knowledge, field survival knowledge, etc.) Youth camp curriculum module can be summed up into four dimensions, a total of 20 factors. Dimension I: survival and adaptation (including: field survival, experiential learning, etc.); Dimension 2: nature and science and technology (including astronomical knowledge, media literacy, etc.); Dimension three: sports and culture (including: mass sports, etc.) The fourth dimension is responsibility and practice (including labor practice, national defense knowledge popularization and so on).
