【摘要】：中東鐵路的修建為俄僑大量涌入哈爾濱提供了客觀條件,沙俄政府為加強(qiáng)對(duì)中東鐵路及其附屬地的殖民統(tǒng)治的需要,對(duì)俄羅斯居民進(jìn)入哈爾濱采取支持政策,同時(shí),基于對(duì)商業(yè)利潤(rùn)的追逐以及政治避難等原因,俄羅斯居民開(kāi)始大量涌入哈爾濱,在哈俄僑所從事的職業(yè)呈現(xiàn)多樣化樣態(tài),包括工商業(yè)者、中東鐵路及其管理局的從業(yè)者、教育與文化業(yè)從業(yè)者、食利階層以及宗教組織與民間團(tuán)體從業(yè)者等。俄僑在哈爾濱的就業(yè)情況,在客觀上對(duì)哈爾濱的經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化發(fā)展起到了一定的積極作用。
[Abstract]:The construction of the Middle East Railway provided the objective conditions for the massive influx of Russian nationals into Harbin. In order to strengthen the colonial rule over the Middle East Railway and its subsidiaries, the Russian government adopted support policies for Russian residents entering Harbin, at the same time. For reasons such as the pursuit of commercial profits and political asylum, Russian residents began to pour into Harbin in large numbers. The occupation of Russian nationals in Kazakhstan was diversified, including businessmen and businessmen, practitioners of the Middle East Railway and its Administration Bureau. Educational and cultural practitioners, food and profit classes, religious organizations and civil society practitioners, and so on. The employment of Russian nationals in Harbin has objectively played a positive role in Harbin's economic and cultural development.
