成人教育學(xué)歷認(rèn)同與技術(shù)能力認(rèn)同研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中成人教育的環(huán)境發(fā)生了明顯變化,學(xué)歷認(rèn)同和技術(shù)能力認(rèn)同是當(dāng)前成人教育發(fā)展面臨的兩大現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。其中,學(xué)歷認(rèn)同更偏向于外界認(rèn)同和對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化認(rèn)同,而技術(shù)認(rèn)同則更傾向于實(shí)踐方面,強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)的掌握和實(shí)際操作的熟練程度。二者之間是相互補(bǔ)充的關(guān)系,學(xué)歷認(rèn)同是對(duì)技術(shù)能力認(rèn)同的補(bǔ)充,而技術(shù)能力的認(rèn)同又為學(xué)歷認(rèn)同奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The environment of adult education has changed obviously in modern society.Among them, academic identity is more inclined to external identification and standardization of knowledge learned, while technical identity is more inclined to practice, emphasizing the mastery of knowledge and proficiency in practical operation.The relationship between them is complementary, and the recognition of academic qualifications is a supplement to the identity of technical competence, and the identification of technical competence lays a foundation for the identification of academic qualifications.
