【摘要】：現(xiàn)代社會中成人教育的環(huán)境發(fā)生了明顯變化,學(xué)歷認同和技術(shù)能力認同是當前成人教育發(fā)展面臨的兩大現(xiàn)實問題。其中,學(xué)歷認同更偏向于外界認同和對所學(xué)知識的標準化認同,而技術(shù)認同則更傾向于實踐方面,強調(diào)對所學(xué)知識的掌握和實際操作的熟練程度。二者之間是相互補充的關(guān)系,學(xué)歷認同是對技術(shù)能力認同的補充,而技術(shù)能力的認同又為學(xué)歷認同奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The environment of adult education has changed obviously in modern society.Among them, academic identity is more inclined to external identification and standardization of knowledge learned, while technical identity is more inclined to practice, emphasizing the mastery of knowledge and proficiency in practical operation.The relationship between them is complementary, and the recognition of academic qualifications is a supplement to the identity of technical competence, and the identification of technical competence lays a foundation for the identification of academic qualifications.
