【摘要】：發(fā)源于美國(guó)的法律診所教育方式近幾年在我國(guó)發(fā)展迅速,但高校內(nèi)設(shè)置的法律診所在法學(xué)教育中遇到了發(fā)展瓶頸,同時(shí)社區(qū)教育在居民法治教育方面存在很多缺陷。社區(qū)法律診所旨在打破此種困境,以促進(jìn)理論和實(shí)踐教育均衡發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)和高校資源的融合,促進(jìn)社區(qū)法治教育,推動(dòng)社會(huì)的法制建設(shè)進(jìn)程。社區(qū)法律診所作為法律診所教育的新路徑,將在提升高校和社區(qū)的法治教育的質(zhì)量和水平方面起到重要作用。
[Abstract]:The education method of law clinic originated in America has developed rapidly in our country in recent years, but the law clinic set up in colleges and universities has encountered the bottleneck of development in law education, and there are many defects in community education in the education of rule of law for residents.The purpose of community law clinic is to break this dilemma, to promote the balanced development of theoretical and practical education, to realize the integration of community and university resources, to promote community education on the rule of law, and to promote the process of social legal system construction.As a new way of law clinic education, community law clinic will play an important role in improving the quality and level of law education in colleges and communities.
