【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和知識全球化的背景下,當(dāng)代歐洲的成人教育已獨具規(guī)模并形成自身特點,如積極開展對成人教育質(zhì)量的評估、建立學(xué)習(xí)研究基地、發(fā)揮積極公民身份的作用、成立地方性學(xué)習(xí)中心增進(jìn)區(qū)域伙伴合作關(guān)系等。分析歐洲成人教育發(fā)展中遇到的問題及對策將對我國成人教育給予一定的啟示,如加強基本技能與能力的培養(yǎng)、進(jìn)一步開發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等形式提升教學(xué)方法、加強成人教育質(zhì)量的監(jiān)管和督導(dǎo)工作、確保成人教育教師隊伍的自身建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization and knowledge globalization, adult education in contemporary Europe has become unique in scale and has formed its own characteristics, such as actively carrying out the evaluation of the quality of adult education, establishing learning and research bases, and playing an active citizenship role.The establishment of local learning centers to enhance regional partnerships and so on.The analysis of the problems encountered in the development of adult education in Europe and its countermeasures will give some enlightenment to China's adult education, such as strengthening the cultivation of basic skills and abilities, further developing the network, and so on.To strengthen the supervision and supervision of the quality of adult education and to ensure the self-construction of adult education teachers.
