【摘要】：中小民營企業(yè)在提供就業(yè),增加稅收,提高居民收入,促進地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。但是,當下的全球經(jīng)濟大調整,使中小民營企業(yè)為了"騰籠換鳥""機器換人""空間換地""電商換市"等轉型之需承載著沉重的人才短缺壓力。而企業(yè)接班人危機、專業(yè)技術人員匱乏和高技能生產(chǎn)員工不足等問題的解決,對高職成人教育人才培養(yǎng)的數(shù)量規(guī)模和質量規(guī)格提出了新要求。因此,高職成人教育必須破解目前面臨的外部環(huán)境制約、內(nèi)部體制障礙、辦學定位困惑、教學質量下滑等困境,創(chuàng)新管理,充分打好市場主導、科學定位、校地共育、強化實踐組合拳,切實改變高職成人教育服務的供給側。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized private enterprises play an important role in providing employment, increasing taxes, raising residents' income and promoting local economic development. In order to make small and medium-sized private enterprises carry heavy pressure of talent shortage in order to "free cages for birds," "machine for people," "space for land," "for electronic commerce for markets," and so on, they need to bear a heavy pressure of talent shortage, while enterprises' successors are in crisis. The shortage of professional and technical personnel and the shortage of high-skilled production staff have put forward new requirements for the quantity, scale and quality specification of adult education personnel training in higher vocational education. The adult education in higher vocational education must break through the external environmental constraints, the internal system obstacles, the confusion of the orientation of running a school, the decline of teaching quality, and so on. Strengthen the combination of practice, and change the supply side of adult education service in higher vocational education.
