成人教育臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)升本課程設(shè)置方案研究

【摘要】:成人醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)升本教育是我國(guó)高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育體系的重要組成部分,是醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)科學(xué)歷在職醫(yī)療人員提升學(xué)歷層次和專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)水平的重要途徑,其人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量直接影響到醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的衛(wèi)生服務(wù)水平和成人教育事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展?茖W(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展、醫(yī)學(xué)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制改革和終身教育體系的構(gòu)建,對(duì)成人醫(yī)學(xué)教育提出了新的要求和挑戰(zhàn)。為適應(yīng)這一系列的變革,成人醫(yī)學(xué)教育應(yīng)積極回應(yīng),課程建設(shè)必須與時(shí)俱進(jìn),同步發(fā)展。因此,深入開(kāi)展成人臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)升本課程設(shè)置的研究,對(duì)提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量具有重要意義。研究目的本文通過(guò)對(duì)成人臨床專(zhuān)升本課程設(shè)置存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入研究,對(duì)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)升本成人教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)重新審視,旨在探索符合我國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)需要的適宜的課程體系,為成人醫(yī)學(xué)教育教學(xué)改革提供參考依據(jù)。研究方法與內(nèi)容采用文獻(xiàn)研究法對(duì)我國(guó)高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育的現(xiàn)況進(jìn)行分析,把握醫(yī)學(xué)教育的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),為課題研究提供相關(guān)參考資料和理論支撐;調(diào)查研究我國(guó)9所高校成人臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)升本培養(yǎng)方案,采用對(duì)比分析法剖析現(xiàn)行課程設(shè)置存在的問(wèn)題,并借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外臨床醫(yī)學(xué)課程改革的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合成人教育實(shí)際,初步擬定課程設(shè)置草案;谝陨涎芯孔灾普{(diào)查問(wèn)卷,運(yùn)用專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)法進(jìn)行兩輪專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)最終獲得專(zhuān)家對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)和課程設(shè)置方面較為一致的意見(jiàn)。最后,綜合統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果和專(zhuān)家意見(jiàn),構(gòu)建了較為科學(xué)、合理的課程設(shè)置方案。結(jié)果和結(jié)論1.通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究和比較研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)行成人教育臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)升本存在如下問(wèn)題:培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位模糊,針對(duì)性不強(qiáng);課程體系結(jié)構(gòu)多為傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科式結(jié)構(gòu),重基礎(chǔ)課程輕實(shí)踐技能課程,專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)體系較陳舊;實(shí)踐教學(xué)薄弱,教學(xué)形式單一;院校間課程開(kāi)設(shè)狀況差異大。2.確定了平臺(tái)加模塊的課程體系構(gòu)架,構(gòu)建了由兩個(gè)平臺(tái)、三個(gè)課程主模塊、五個(gè)課程子模塊、33門(mén)課程構(gòu)成的成人臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)升本課程設(shè)置方案。其中兩個(gè)平臺(tái)是選修課平臺(tái)和必修課平臺(tái)。三個(gè)模塊是公共課程模塊、專(zhuān)業(yè)核心課程模塊、專(zhuān)業(yè)拓展課程模塊;五個(gè)子模塊分別是:專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課程模塊、專(zhuān)業(yè)課程模塊、工具方法類(lèi)課程模塊、醫(yī)學(xué)進(jìn)展課程模塊、專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展課程模塊。
[Abstract]:As an important part of China's higher medical education system, adult medical education is an important way for in-service medical personnel with medical professional qualifications to upgrade their academic qualifications and professional skills. The quality of personnel training directly affects the health service level of medical institutions and the healthy development of adult education, the rapid development of science and technology, the transformation of medical model, the reform of medical and health system and the construction of lifelong education system. This paper puts forward new requirements and challenges to adult medical education. In order to adapt to this series of changes, adult medical education should respond positively, and curriculum construction must keep pace with the times and develop simultaneously. It is of great significance to improve the quality of the training of adult clinical medicine through the research on the course setup of adult clinical medicine. Objective this paper makes a deep study on the problems existing in the course of adult clinical specialty promotion. The aim of this paper is to re-examine the training objectives of adult education in clinical medicine, in order to explore a suitable curriculum system that meets the needs of the training of medical and health professionals in China. The research methods and contents are used to analyze the current situation of higher medical education in China, and to grasp the development trend of medical education. To provide relevant reference materials and theoretical support for the research, to investigate and study the adult clinical medical education program of 9 universities in China, and to analyze the existing problems in the current curriculum by means of comparative analysis. And draw lessons from the experience of clinical medicine curriculum reform at home and abroad, combine with the reality of adult education, draw up the draft of the curriculum preliminarily. The expert consultation method is used to carry out two rounds of expert consultation to obtain the experts' relatively consistent opinions on the training of talents and the curriculum design. Finally, the author constructs a more scientific method by synthesizing the statistical results and expert opinions. Through literature research and comparative study, it is found that the current adult education clinical medical college has the following problems: the orientation of training objectives is vague, the pertinence is not strong; 2. The structure of curriculum system is mostly traditional subject structure, emphasizing basic course rather than practical skill course, specialized knowledge system is old, practice teaching is weak, teaching form is single. 2.The structure of curriculum system of platform plus module is determined, which is composed of two platforms, three main modules of curriculum. Three modules are public curriculum module, professional core curriculum module, two of them are elective course platform and compulsory course platform, three modules are public curriculum module, professional core curriculum module, The five sub-modules are: professional basic curriculum module, professional curriculum module, tool and method curriculum module, medical progress curriculum module, professional development curriculum module.
