民族院校大學生學習性投入與學習收獲的影響因素研究——以N民族大學為例

【摘要】:以生為本,促進少數(shù)民族大學生全面發(fā)展是我國民族院校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的根本路向。本文以N民族大學為個案,以大一和大四兩個年級的部分本科生作為調(diào)查對象,采用問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法,分別從學術挑戰(zhàn)度、合作性學習、生師互動、校園環(huán)境支持度和教育活動經(jīng)歷豐富度五個維度,對本科生的學習性投入與學習收獲的影響因素實證分析,并對所得研究結(jié)論及其成因進行合理性解釋。通對一所民族院校的大學生學習性投入個案發(fā)展過程的全景描述,真實展現(xiàn)我國民族院校大學生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的實然狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Taking students as the basis and promoting the all-round development of ethnic minority students is the fundamental direction of the transformation and development of our national colleges and universities. This paper takes N University for nationalities as a case study and some undergraduate students in freshmen and senior grades as the objects of investigation. Using questionnaire and interview methods, from the five dimensions of academic challenge, cooperative learning, teacher interaction, campus environmental support and educational activity experience richness. An empirical analysis of the factors affecting the learning input and learning harvest of undergraduates, and a reasonable explanation of the research conclusions and their causes, is made. The panoramic description of the case development process of the students' learning input in a national college is given. Show the real state of the cultivation quality of the students in our national colleges and universities.
