【摘要】：在"互聯(lián)網+"時代,教育教學方式方法正面臨著大的變革,教師的工作任務正從承擔課堂面授教學逐步轉向在線課程設計、開發(fā)制作和課堂教學輔導等。作為成人高校的運用新技術進行在線教學的開放大學教師,應該更加重視新技術的學習和運用,利用學校和團隊的力量,在給定的任務驅動下,通過MOOC開展學習,從而更好地完善自身的知識結構,提高教學設計和開發(fā)制作在線課程的技能,更深入地開展教學研究,提升服務大眾的教學水平。這是我們提出的基于任務驅動和MOOC學習的開放大學教師研修模式。
[Abstract]:In the era of "Internet", teaching methods and methods are facing great changes, and teachers' work tasks are gradually changing from classroom face-to-face teaching to online course design. As an open university teacher who uses the new technology to carry on the on-line teaching, should pay more attention to the study and the application of the new technology, use the strength of the school and the team. Driven by a given task, learning through MOOC, so as to better improve their knowledge structure, improve teaching design and development of online courses skills, more in-depth teaching research. This is a task-driven and MOOC based open university teacher training model.
