【摘要】：科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展是職業(yè)繼續(xù)教育與培訓(xùn)產(chǎn)生的原動力。職業(yè)繼續(xù)教育與培訓(xùn)是現(xiàn)代教育體系建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容。分析西方發(fā)達國家職業(yè)繼續(xù)教育與培訓(xùn)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,立足國情,借鑒其有益經(jīng)驗,加快職業(yè)繼續(xù)教育立法,整合教育培訓(xùn)資源,構(gòu)建以市場導(dǎo)向的教育內(nèi)容,加強現(xiàn)代化教育手段的運用,加強對職業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)的科學(xué)管理,培養(yǎng)終身教育理念,將有助于中國特色職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)體系的完善和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of science and technology is the driving force of vocational continuing education and training. Vocational continuing education and training is an important part of the construction of modern education system. The development experience of vocational continuing education and training in western developed countries is analyzed. . Based on the national conditions, draw lessons from its beneficial experience, accelerate vocational continuing education legislation, integrate educational and training resources, build market-oriented education content, and strengthen the use of modern educational means. Strengthening the scientific management of vocational education and training and cultivating the concept of lifelong education will contribute to the perfection and development of vocational education and training system with Chinese characteristics.
