基于開發(fā)水平(LOD)的幕墻BIM建模方法研究

  目前,幕墻在建筑行業(yè)中廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑物的外墻,尤其是高層建筑。盡管應(yīng)用較廣泛,但幕墻技術(shù)并未得到充分發(fā)展,AEC行業(yè)在幕墻的設(shè)計、制造及建造方面仍然面臨著一系列問題。建筑信息模型(BIM)是一項可以保證幕墻快速發(fā)展的技術(shù),使用BIM技術(shù)既可以實現(xiàn)快速建模,也可以對早期的施工方案進(jìn)行碰撞檢測,結(jié)合解決方案對方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化調(diào)整;同樣,建筑項目的各參與方也可借助BIM技術(shù)的仿真模擬功能實現(xiàn)協(xié)同合作從而降低項目風(fēng)險、縮短工期并降低項目總成本。通過在BIM技術(shù)中引入發(fā)展水平(LOD)可以進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)幕墻技術(shù)的發(fā)展。由于模型元素在設(shè)計過程中以不同的速度發(fā)展,因此LOD可以描述單個幕墻構(gòu)件從構(gòu)思到實現(xiàn)的相對發(fā)展過程。本研究的目的在于提出一種基于發(fā)展水平的幕墻BIM建模方法。本文研究目標(biāo)主要包括以下三方面內(nèi)容:首先,通過BIM LOD(LOD 100至LOD 500)對幕墻進(jìn)行建模,并定義幕墻系統(tǒng)的模型元素從構(gòu)思到制造、安裝、竣工及維護(hù)的發(fā)展程度。其次,提出不同LOD的數(shù)量估算要求,并在不同LOD處生成幕墻的數(shù)量估算。最后,提出了快速優(yōu)化幕墻形狀的規(guī)則和過程,這對早期決策至關(guān)重要。本研究是基于文獻(xiàn)綜述、仿...
