【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,城市環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施建設(shè)的外部環(huán)境和導(dǎo)向正發(fā)生深刻變化,由此對(duì)環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施的布局提出了新的要求。以寧波為例,當(dāng)前設(shè)施布局面臨的問(wèn)題主要有需求擴(kuò)張與選址困難的矛盾、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定與現(xiàn)實(shí)訴求的矛盾、集約用地與功能單一的矛盾3方面,提出通過(guò)調(diào)整垃圾收運(yùn)模式和整合各類設(shè)施功能,構(gòu)建以靜脈產(chǎn)業(yè)園為核心的垃圾處理設(shè)施體系和以垃圾轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)站、環(huán)衛(wèi)服務(wù)站為核心的環(huán)衛(wèi)服務(wù)設(shè)施體系,并明確了垃圾轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)站等設(shè)施的新用地配置標(biāo)準(zhǔn),期望減少發(fā)生鄰避沖突事件和實(shí)現(xiàn)資源集約利用。
[Abstract]:At present, the external environment and guidance of urban sanitation facilities construction are undergoing profound changes, which puts forward new requirements for the layout of sanitation facilities. Taking Ningbo as an example, the main problems faced by the current facility layout are the contradiction between demand expansion and location difficulty, the contradiction between standard provisions and realistic demands, and the contradiction between intensive land use and single function. Through adjusting the garbage collection and transportation mode and integrating the functions of all kinds of facilities, the garbage treatment facility system with vein industrial park as the core and the sanitation service facility system with garbage transfer station and sanitation service station as the core are put forward. The new land allocation standard of garbage transfer station and other facilities is defined, and it is expected to reduce the occurrence of neighbor conflict and realize the intensive utilization of resources.
