生物質(zhì)氣化風機套管采暖系統(tǒng)非穩(wěn)態(tài)模擬

【摘要】:針對裝設防火墻導致我國北方生物質(zhì)氣化站存在濕式凈化裝置冬季防凍的問題,提出了一種基于風機套管的余熱回收系統(tǒng).采用商用CFD軟件Fluent以及k-ε模型對采暖效果進行非穩(wěn)態(tài)數(shù)值模擬,結(jié)果表明,當進氣口空氣流速分別為9 m/s(供暖90 min后),13 m/s(供暖40 min后)滿足防凍要求,證明了技術的可行性;同時模擬了進氣口空氣流速分別為5,9,13 m/s在不同時刻的采暖效果,得出增大風機風量可提高采暖效果、縮短達到防凍要求所需時間以及使得凈化間內(nèi)溫度分布更加均勻,但風機風量不可無限增加,需要考慮規(guī)范對風速的限制以及能耗的增加.
