主題餐廳設(shè)計(jì)元素的探討

【摘要】:2016年,我國(guó)消費(fèi)品市場(chǎng)規(guī)模位居世界第二,最終消費(fèi)支出占全球消費(fèi)總量的8%以上,國(guó)內(nèi)消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)增長(zhǎng)居世界前列,消費(fèi)已成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的“壓艙石”,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式已從依靠投資驅(qū)動(dòng)為主轉(zhuǎn)向依靠消費(fèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)為主,城市化推動(dòng)可支配收入增加、人民生活水平的日益提高等因素均推動(dòng)了中國(guó)餐飲市場(chǎng)的蓬勃發(fā)展。在這種背景下,在上世紀(jì)九十年代初進(jìn)入我國(guó)的主題餐廳也迎來最好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。越來越多的人接受并體驗(yàn)著主題餐飲所蘊(yùn)含的特色文化。然而,時(shí)至今日隨著國(guó)內(nèi)主題餐廳遍地開花也顯現(xiàn)出多種問題,最突出的是“主題”的雷同。主題餐廳的核心就在于“主題”,但主題的版權(quán)卻并不是某個(gè)餐飲經(jīng)營(yíng)者獨(dú)享,一類主題受消費(fèi)者歡迎就會(huì)被多家后來者抄襲甚至高仿,不但主題雷同,餐廳設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格也相近,創(chuàng)新的太少,僧多粥少,如何擺脫這種尷尬?這需要餐廳經(jīng)營(yíng)者和室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)工作者積極尋求突破。本人在對(duì)主題概念充分理解后,查閱相關(guān)資料,進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,收集大量的文字、數(shù)據(jù)和圖片信息,針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)主題餐廳發(fā)展存在的問題,通過分析、借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外成功主題餐廳的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn),從室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的角度多維度挖掘和豐富主題餐廳的設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格以便更好的突出主題餐廳文化內(nèi)涵,打造屬于自身的“與眾不同的餐廳”。

[Abstract]:In 2016, the scale of China's consumer goods market ranked second in the world, the final consumption expenditure accounted for more than 8% of the total global consumption, the domestic consumer market grew in the forefront of the world, consumption has become the "ballast stone" of China's economy, China's economic growth model has changed from relying on investment-driven to relying on consumption-driven, urbanization has promoted the increase of disposable income. The increasing living standards of the people have promoted the vigorous development of the Chinese catering market. In this context, in the early 1990 s, the theme restaurants in China also ushered in the best development opportunities. More and more people accept and experience the characteristic culture of theme catering. However, up to now, with the blooming of domestic theme restaurants, there are many problems, the most prominent is the same theme. The core of the theme restaurant lies in the "theme", but the copyright of the theme is not exclusively enjoyed by a restaurant operator. If a kind of theme is welcomed by consumers, it will be plagiarized or even imitated by many latecomers. Not only the theme is the same, the restaurant design style is also similar, too little innovation, too few monks and fewer porridge, how to get rid of this embarrassment? This requires restaurant operators and interior designers to actively seek breakthroughs. After fully understanding the concept of theme, I consult the relevant materials, carry out market research, collect a large number of text, data and picture information, in view of the problems existing in the development of theme restaurants in China, through analysis, draw lessons from the design characteristics of successful theme restaurants at home and abroad, excavate and enrich the design style of theme restaurants from the perspective of interior design in order to better highlight the cultural connotation of theme restaurants. Build your own "different restaurant".
