帶窗下墻的預(yù)制混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能研究

【摘要】:鑒于預(yù)制裝配式混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)制作工藝的不同,門窗洞口處的窗下墻不再是傳統(tǒng)意義上的非結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件,而是作為結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件參與受力。深入研究帶窗下墻的預(yù)制裝配式混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的受力性能及其破壞模式,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)該類結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能具有重要意義。針對(duì)上述研究需求,本文開展了帶窗下墻的預(yù)制剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了適用于該類結(jié)構(gòu)的精細(xì)有限元數(shù)值模擬方法,揭示了該類高層結(jié)構(gòu)的地震損傷機(jī)理,并對(duì)該類結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了初步探究。主要成果如下:(1)基于分層殼單元建立了7片灌漿套筒預(yù)制剪力墻試件的精細(xì)化有限元模型,模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果整體吻合良好,驗(yàn)證了該精細(xì)化有限元模型的合理性和準(zhǔn)確性。說明采用等同現(xiàn)澆的方法能夠較好的模擬灌漿套筒預(yù)制剪力墻的受力特性。(2)進(jìn)行了兩個(gè)帶不同高度窗下墻的兩層預(yù)制剪力墻試件的低周反復(fù)試驗(yàn),提出并驗(yàn)證了適用于該類構(gòu)件的精細(xì)有限元數(shù)值模擬方法。試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬分析結(jié)果表明,窗下墻與連梁間水平拼縫脫開,形成兩根并列布置的雙連梁,該類構(gòu)件呈現(xiàn)出明顯“雙連梁”受力特性。預(yù)制窗下墻顯著提高了該類構(gòu)件的剛度、承載力和耗能能力。(3)以一7度區(qū)高層預(yù)制混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)作為基本研究對(duì)象,建立了該結(jié)構(gòu)的精細(xì)有限元模型,研究了無窗下墻、矮窗下墻和高窗下墻對(duì)預(yù)制混凝土剪力墻整體結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的影響。分析結(jié)果表明,預(yù)制窗下墻能夠顯著提高結(jié)構(gòu)的整體耗能能力,有效減小結(jié)構(gòu)層間位移角,控制結(jié)構(gòu)損傷,對(duì)于高層預(yù)制剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)有必要考慮窗下墻的有利貢獻(xiàn)。(4)初步探究了帶窗下墻的預(yù)制混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)方法。以相近的抗震性能為目標(biāo),對(duì)基本研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)果表明考慮窗下墻貢獻(xiàn),可有效減小該類結(jié)構(gòu)墻體厚度,節(jié)省用料,降低造價(jià)。

[Abstract]:In view of the different fabrication technology of prefabricated concrete shear wall structure, the wall under the window at the entrance of door and window is no longer a non-structural member in the traditional sense, but participates in the force as a structural member. It is of great significance to study the mechanical behavior and failure mode of prefabricated concrete shear wall structure with windows in order to evaluate the seismic performance of this kind of structure. In order to meet the above research requirements, the experimental study on seismic performance of precast shear wall structures with windows is carried out in this paper. on this basis, a fine finite element numerical simulation method suitable for this kind of structures is proposed, the seismic damage mechanism of this kind of high-rise structures is revealed, and the design method of this kind of structures is preliminarily explored. The main results are as follows: (1) based on the layered shell element, the fine finite element model of seven precast shear wall specimens with grouting sleeve is established, and the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results as a whole, which verifies the rationality and accuracy of the fine finite element model. It is shown that the equivalent cast-in-place method can be used to simulate the mechanical characteristics of the precast shear wall with grouting sleeve. (2) the low cycle repeated tests of two-story precast shear wall specimens with different height windows are carried out, and the fine finite element numerical simulation method suitable for this kind of members is proposed and verified. The results of test and numerical simulation show that the horizontal joint between the wall under the window and the connecting beam is separated and two parallel double beams are formed, and this kind of members show obvious stress characteristics of "double connecting beams". The stiffness, bearing capacity and energy consumption capacity of this kind of members are significantly improved. (3) taking the high-rise precast concrete shear wall structure in a 7 degree area as the basic research object, the fine finite element model of the structure is established, and the influence of the wall without window, the wall under the low window and the wall under the high window on the seismic performance of the whole structure of the precast concrete shear wall is studied. The analysis results show that the prefabricated wall under the window can significantly improve the overall energy consumption capacity of the structure, effectively reduce the displacement angle between the layers of the structure, and control the structural damage. It is necessary to consider the favorable contribution of the wall under the window for the high-rise precast shear wall structure. (4) the design method of the precast concrete shear wall structure with the wall under the window is preliminarily explored. Aiming at the similar seismic performance, the basic research object is redesigned. The results show that considering the contribution of the wall under the window, the wall thickness of this kind of structure can be effectively reduced, the material can be saved and the cost can be reduced.
