智能化建筑電氣工程的設(shè)計與應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:Buildings are the main place of human activity. With the continuous growth of social economy and the gradual promotion of urbanization, the construction market of our country is getting bigger and bigger, and the number of new buildings has been maintained at a high level. At the same time, with the development of communication, computer and other information technology, the concept of building intelligence has been more and more practiced and applied, and good results have been obtained. In the design and construction of intelligent building, electrical engineering is an inevitable project. It is very necessary to design the electrical engineering of building in an all-round way in order to meet the intelligent demand. Based on this background and the construction of modern intelligent A building group, this paper designs its electrical engineering, including the following contents: first, a set of 10/0.4KV power supply and distribution system is designed, and its load is obtained according to the actual situation, and the components and equipment with strong stability and durability are selected. Some concepts of intelligence and automation are carried out in each distribution level, and a double-layer distribution system with centralized control center and terminal is adopted innovatively, which makes it have the characteristics of flexibility and greatly promotes the intelligence of building electricity consumption. Second, according to the fire demand of buildings, based on communication and computer technology, combined with electrical system, a set of intelligent electrical system of fire alarm and fire fighting linkage is designed and implemented. When the fire occurs, the system can quickly realize alarm, and intelligently turn on the pump in the key position and turn on the smoke exhaust fan in order to further control the fire situation and achieve the purpose of reducing the loss. Thirdly, this paper also designs a lightning protection system, which has the effect of internal and external lightning protection. SPD and other devices are added to the electromagnetic wave produced by lightning waves to make it more systematic. The electrical system designed in this paper has been used in A intelligent building group for half a year. The electrical system is relatively stable and has no problems for the time being, which has achieved the expected effect of design and application.
