【摘要】：深圳作為改革開放以來的新興城市,一直在探尋城市的文化內(nèi)涵,但工業(yè)文化遺存作為城市歷史文化的價(jià)值尚未被深刻認(rèn)知。深圳已有的關(guān)于工業(yè)文化遺存的整合實(shí)踐是類似于華僑城OCT-LOFT創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的整治型舊工業(yè)區(qū)升級(jí)。但此類舊工業(yè)區(qū)升級(jí)在于普通廠房或倉庫的使用再現(xiàn),工業(yè)特征不強(qiáng)烈;且與周邊生態(tài)資源、城市系統(tǒng)互動(dòng)性不足,無法深刻闡述深圳的工業(yè)歷史,對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的激勵(lì)性不足。本文通過工業(yè)文化遺存相關(guān)調(diào)查,試圖發(fā)現(xiàn)帶有較強(qiáng)烈工業(yè)特征的工業(yè)文化遺存區(qū),探索其與周邊生態(tài)資源等優(yōu)勢(shì)要素相互整合,嘗試建立闡述深圳工業(yè)歷史的工業(yè)文化遺存聚集區(qū)。本文內(nèi)容主要包含兩個(gè)主題,深圳蛇口港口先導(dǎo)區(qū)工業(yè)文化遺存狀況調(diào)查和整合策略的探討;(1)工業(yè)文化遺存狀況調(diào)查。首先從蛇口工業(yè)歷史、《“再造新蛇口”基本構(gòu)想》及“深圳前海蛇口自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)規(guī)劃”等考慮確定了港口先導(dǎo)區(qū)的調(diào)查范圍;其次通過層次調(diào)查與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查的方法,對(duì)港口先導(dǎo)區(qū)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀情況進(jìn)行第一輪調(diào)查,之后基于調(diào)查的建(構(gòu))筑物信息進(jìn)行工業(yè)文化遺存初篩,最后對(duì)初篩后的工業(yè)文化遺存進(jìn)行第二次較全面信息調(diào)查,建立工業(yè)文化遺存基本信息檔案。通過實(shí)地調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),港口先導(dǎo)區(qū)工業(yè)文化遺存較為豐富且工業(yè)特征較為強(qiáng)烈,片區(qū)生態(tài)資源優(yōu)越;但工業(yè)文化遺存之間與片區(qū)生態(tài)資源等物質(zhì)要素存在割裂,有整合的必要性。(2)工業(yè)文化遺存的整合策略。首先根據(jù)工業(yè)文化遺存相關(guān)調(diào)查信息通過初略價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)分級(jí)手段建立工業(yè)文化遺存發(fā)展秩序,包括工業(yè)文化遺存區(qū)域發(fā)展秩序和工業(yè)文化遺存單體發(fā)展秩序;其次綜合工業(yè)文化遺存發(fā)展秩序、深圳已有整合實(shí)踐的啟示、上位規(guī)劃要求、現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查資料等多方面因素,借鑒國內(nèi)外案例,探討出需建立包括總體要求、風(fēng)貌分區(qū)及功能定位、交通策略、開放空間系統(tǒng)、各分區(qū)整合策略指引、活力營造建議等幾個(gè)方面的工業(yè)文化遺存整合設(shè)計(jì)指引來引導(dǎo)港口先導(dǎo)區(qū)工業(yè)文化遺存整合,補(bǔ)充上位規(guī)劃的缺環(huán)。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen, as a new city since the reform and opening up, has been exploring the cultural connotation of the city, but the value of industrial cultural relics as urban history and culture has not yet been deeply recognized. The existing integration practice of industrial and cultural relics in Shenzhen is similar to the upgrading of the renovated old industrial zone of OCT-LOFT Creative Industry Park in overseas Chinese City. However, the upgrading of this kind of old industrial zone lies in the reproduction of the use of ordinary factory buildings or warehouses, and the industrial characteristics are not strong, and the interaction with the surrounding ecological resources and urban system is insufficient, so it is impossible to explain the industrial history of Shenzhen deeply and the incentive to the cultural industry is insufficient. Through the investigation of industrial cultural relics, this paper tries to find out the industrial cultural relics areas with strong industrial characteristics, explore the integration of them with the surrounding ecological resources and other dominant elements, and try to establish an industrial cultural relics gathering area that expounds the industrial history of Shenzhen. The content of this paper mainly includes two topics, the investigation of industrial cultural relics in Shekou Port leading area of Shenzhen and the discussion of integration strategy. (1) the investigation of industrial cultural relics. First of all, the investigation scope of the port leading area is determined from the industrial history of Shekou, the basic conception of "rebuilding the new Shekou" and the planning of Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Experimental area. Secondly, through the methods of hierarchical investigation and field investigation, the present situation of the construction of port leading area is investigated for the first round, and then the preliminary screening of industrial cultural relics is carried out based on the information of construction (structure) investigated. Finally, the second more comprehensive information investigation is carried out on the industrial cultural relics after the initial screening, and the basic information files of industrial cultural relics are established. Through the field investigation, it is found that the industrial cultural relics in the port leading area are rich and have strong industrial characteristics, and the ecological resources in the area are superior, but the industrial cultural relics are separated from the material elements such as the ecological resources in the area, and there is a necessity of integration. (2) the integration strategy of the industrial cultural relics. First of all, according to the relevant investigation information of industrial cultural relics, the development order of industrial cultural relics is established by means of preliminary value evaluation and classification, including the regional development order of industrial cultural relics and the single development order of industrial cultural relics. Secondly, according to the development order of industrial cultural relics, Shenzhen has many factors, such as the enlightenment of integration practice, the requirements of superior planning, the investigation data of the present situation and so on, and draws lessons from domestic and foreign cases, and probes into the need to establish the guidance of integration strategy, including overall requirements, style zoning and functional positioning, traffic strategy, open space system, and integration strategy guidance of each district. Several aspects of industrial cultural relics integration design guidelines, such as vitality construction suggestions, are used to guide the integration of industrial cultural relics in port leading areas and to supplement the lack of upper planning.
