鋼管樁基礎(chǔ)托換技術(shù)在工程中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近年來,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展對(duì)投資企業(yè)的熱度不斷增長(zhǎng),生產(chǎn)性企業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的建筑物的使用功能要求也越來越高,導(dǎo)致既有建筑物的加固改造形式也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來。因此,對(duì)既有建筑物的進(jìn)行檢測(cè)、鑒定、加固和改造越來越受到人們重視,已成為土木工程領(lǐng)域中的一門新興學(xué)科,并逐漸成為建筑行業(yè)的一個(gè)重要分支。托換改造技術(shù)主要是一種對(duì)地基基礎(chǔ)的加固改造的一種有效手段,是目前結(jié)構(gòu)工程及巖土工程學(xué)科的一個(gè)重要的研究課題。而樁基托換技術(shù)是基礎(chǔ)托換中非常常用的方法,目前已得到廣大研究學(xué)者的認(rèn)可并應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工程當(dāng)中。樁基基礎(chǔ)加固改造方面的研究在很多方面都取得了一定的成果,而且很多的研究成果都已經(jīng)應(yīng)用到了具體的工程施工當(dāng)中,但在施工過程當(dāng)中還是會(huì)遇到各種各樣的難以解決的問題需要結(jié)合工程實(shí)際情況得以解決。本文就是基于這樣的背景,旨在推動(dòng)樁基托換理論與應(yīng)用的研究,使樁基托換設(shè)計(jì)和施工技術(shù)趨于規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,在充分利用城市地下空間的同時(shí),確保的地基基礎(chǔ)的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定。研究該結(jié)果應(yīng)用廣泛與基礎(chǔ)各類的評(píng)估、測(cè)檢、改造和加固工程當(dāng)中,較大的具有了理論意義和價(jià)值使用工程。如下幾個(gè)方面在本文中的研究理論、數(shù)值和試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了研究,研究成果取得了一些:(1)介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外主要的基礎(chǔ)托換技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)討論了樁基托換技術(shù)的原理,對(duì)同時(shí)托換基礎(chǔ)工程注意應(yīng)該的闡述的問題,實(shí)際工程當(dāng)中要在本文章當(dāng)中解決;(2)實(shí)例合結(jié)工程,樁基介紹托換基礎(chǔ)過程當(dāng)中需要涉及的技術(shù)關(guān)鍵。對(duì)工程首先應(yīng)該要進(jìn)行了解,其次是關(guān)鍵的幾個(gè)問題技術(shù)進(jìn)行處理和介紹;(3)對(duì)改造加固進(jìn)行工程監(jiān)測(cè),內(nèi)容上研究的主要方面從監(jiān)測(cè)方案樁擬定,垂直沉降量的基礎(chǔ)監(jiān)測(cè),從監(jiān)測(cè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的變化位移對(duì)曲線的結(jié)果監(jiān)測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行,工程本身非常成功的應(yīng)用了鋼管樁,滿足充分的需要改造加固需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in our country, the heat of investment enterprises is increasing, the scale of productive enterprises is expanding, and the functional requirements for the use of existing buildings are getting higher and higher, which leads to the reinforcement and transformation of existing buildings. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the detection, identification, reinforcement and transformation of existing buildings, which has become a new subject in the field of civil engineering, and has gradually become an important branch of the construction industry. Underpinning and reconstruction technology is mainly an effective means to strengthen and transform the foundation, and it is an important research topic in structural engineering and geotechnical engineering at present. Pile foundation underpinning technology is a very common method in foundation underpinning, which has been recognized by many researchers and applied in practical engineering. Some achievements have been made in the research of pile foundation reinforcement and reconstruction in many aspects, and a lot of research results have been applied to the specific engineering construction, but in the construction process, there will still be a variety of difficult problems to be solved in combination with the actual situation of the project. Based on this background, this paper aims to promote the research of pile foundation underpinning theory and application, to standardize and standardize the design and construction technology of pile foundation, and to ensure the long-term stability of foundation while making full use of urban underground space. The research results are widely used in basic evaluation, measurement, transformation and reinforcement projects, which have great theoretical significance and value use engineering. The following aspects are studied in the research theory, numerical value and experiment in this paper, and the research results are as follows: (1) the main basic underpinning technology and its application status at home and abroad are introduced, the principle of pile foundation underpinning technology is discussed, and the problems that should be paid attention to in the simultaneous underpinning foundation engineering should be solved in this paper. (2) example joint engineering, pile foundation introduces the technical key that needs to be involved in the process of underpinning foundation. First of all, we should understand the project, followed by the key problems and techniques to deal with and introduce; (3) to carry on the engineering monitoring to the reconstruction and reinforcement, the main research aspect is from the monitoring scheme pile formulation, the vertical settlement foundation monitoring, from the monitoring site change displacement to the curve result monitoring evaluation, the project itself has applied the steel pipe pile very successfully, satisfies the sufficient need to transform and reinforce the demand.
