基于內(nèi)環(huán)H_∞控制的實時混合試驗

【摘要】:實時混合試驗將結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵部位作為試驗子結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行試驗,而其余部分作為數(shù)值子結(jié)構(gòu)在計算機(jī)中模擬,并通過作動器或振動臺對試驗子結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加載來實現(xiàn)二者邊界條件的協(xié)調(diào)。由于作動器-試件系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜的非線性動力特性,傳統(tǒng)的PID控制器性能受到一定影響,必須采用時滯補償方法或外環(huán)控制消除作動器-試件系統(tǒng)的非線性動力特性影響,才能保證實時混合試驗的成功。為在作動器內(nèi)環(huán)消除作動器-試件系統(tǒng)非線性動力特性的影響,采用基于混合靈敏度的H_∞控制理論設(shè)計實時混合試驗作動器內(nèi)環(huán)控制器,并研究了這種方法的可行性。數(shù)值仿真表明,H_∞控制器表現(xiàn)出較好的跟蹤性能并具有一定的魯棒性;單自由度線彈性結(jié)構(gòu)實時混合試驗證明了該方法在作動器內(nèi)環(huán)控制上的可行性。
