【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化過程中城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)用地的永續(xù)利用和合理擴張是社會各界關(guān)注的熱點問題,也是空間規(guī)劃改革的重要內(nèi)容。現(xiàn)有的研究往往從城鎮(zhèn)擴張、土地非農(nóng)化等角度分析建設(shè)用地的整體演變規(guī)律,對于用地結(jié)構(gòu)、空間特征的關(guān)注往往不夠�？紤]到我國特殊的城鄉(xiāng)二元土地制度,城鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村建設(shè)用地擴張相對獨立,需要將兩者統(tǒng)籌起來,分析城鎮(zhèn)、農(nóng)村和工礦建設(shè)用地各自空間格局和增長趨勢的特征。選取我國城鎮(zhèn)化較為迅速的首都地區(qū)作為研究對象,以2000-2010年間的空間數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),從城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)用地的規(guī)模分布、結(jié)構(gòu)比例、增長趨勢、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)變化等幾個方面總結(jié)其演變規(guī)律,并從空間管理、內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)換、政策工具三個方面給出建議。
[Abstract]:The sustainable utilization and rational expansion of urban and rural construction land in the process of new urbanization is a hot issue concerned by all sectors of society, and it is also an important part of spatial planning reform. The existing research often analyzes the overall evolution of construction land from the point of view of urban expansion, land non-agricultural and so on, and often pays insufficient attention to the structure and spatial characteristics of land use. Considering the special urban-rural dual land system in China, the expansion of urban and rural construction land is relatively independent, so it is necessary to coordinate the two and analyze the characteristics of the spatial pattern and growth trend of urban, rural and industrial and mining construction land. The capital area with rapid urbanization in China is selected as the research object, based on the spatial data from 2000 to 2010, from the scale distribution, structure proportion and growth trend of urban and rural construction land. The evolution law of internal structure change is summarized, and some suggestions are given from three aspects: spatial management, internal transformation and policy tools.
