考慮施工誤差影響的RC框架結構可靠性分析

【摘要】:為分析施工誤差對RC框架結構可靠性的影響,對某鋼筋混凝土框架結構工程進行現(xiàn)場測量,獲得了梁柱截面尺寸、保護層厚度、箍筋間距和混凝土抗壓強度等施工誤差的統(tǒng)計分布規(guī)律.基于工程結構可靠度的基本理論和承載能力極限狀態(tài)方程,采用驗算點法計算了實際工程中典型的框架梁和框架柱的可靠指標,并詳細分析了各施工誤差對構件可靠指標和結構可靠性分級的影響,以及影響鋼筋混凝土結構框架結構可靠度的參數(shù)敏感性.分析結果表明,施工誤差對結構構件的可靠性存在不可忽視的影響.本文研究結果有助于工程設計、施工和監(jiān)管過程中把握施工誤差中需嚴格控制的重點參數(shù)和偏差范圍.
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the influence of construction error on the reliability of RC frame structure, the field measurement of a reinforced concrete frame structure project is carried out, and the section size and protective layer thickness of Liang Zhu are obtained. Statistical distribution of construction errors such as hoop spacing and concrete compressive strength. Based on the basic theory of engineering structure reliability and the limit state equation of bearing capacity, the reliability indexes of typical frame beams and frame columns in practical engineering are calculated by using the checking point method. The influence of each construction error on the reliability index and structural reliability classification of reinforced concrete structure, as well as the parameter sensitivity affecting the reliability of reinforced concrete structure frame structure are analyzed in detail. The analysis results show that the construction error has an important influence on the reliability of structural members. The research results of this paper are helpful to grasp the key parameters and deviation ranges that need to be strictly controlled in the process of engineering design, construction and supervision.
