挖掘機工作臂高強度鋼板的矯直理論與試驗研究

【摘要】:挖掘機是一種在土石開挖等方面具有不可替代作用的重要工程設(shè)備,核心部件質(zhì)量診斷、智能化及整機輕量化是其發(fā)展的三大主要方向。針對鋼板平直度對挖掘機工作臂焊接質(zhì)量存在重要影響的問題,在傳統(tǒng)輥式矯直理論的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)三點彎曲理論、板材變形特點及分層理論建立板材矯直過程中的應力中性層偏移量計算模型,從理論上證明中性層偏移現(xiàn)象的存在以及它與反彎半徑、板材厚度及材質(zhì)的關(guān)系。通過室溫拉伸試驗得到高強鋼板Q690的力學性能以此作為模型構(gòu)建的參數(shù)基礎(chǔ);再結(jié)合彎曲試驗研究矯直過程中性層偏移規(guī)律,得到中性層偏移值與反彎半徑的變化關(guān)系。在本課題組多輥矯直機試驗平臺上對中性層偏移理論進行驗證,結(jié)果表明考慮中性層偏移的Q690鋼板平直度小于1 mm/m。
[Abstract]:Excavator is an important engineering equipment which plays an irreplaceable role in earth and rock excavation. The quality diagnosis of core components intelligent and lightweight of the whole machine are the three main directions of its development. In view of the important influence of flatness of steel plate on the welding quality of excavator's working arm, based on the traditional roll straightening theory and according to the three-point bending theory, The calculation model of stress neutral layer offset in the process of plate straightening is established based on the deformation characteristics and layering theory. The existence of neutral layer migration and its relation to the back bending radius, plate thickness and material are proved theoretically. The mechanical properties of high strength steel plate Q690 were obtained by tensile test at room temperature as the parameter foundation of the model, and then the migration rule of neutral layer during straightening was studied in combination with bending test, and the relationship between the deviation value of neutral layer and the reverse bending radius was obtained. The theory of neutral layer migration is verified on the multi-roll straightening machine test platform of our research group. The results show that the flatness of Q690 steel plate with neutral layer migration is less than 1 mm/m..
