【摘要】：根據(jù)河南省統(tǒng)計局發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)可見,鄭州市的收入水平相對于房價仍然有不小的差距,多數(shù)人尤其是低收入者在購房方面仍有較大的困難。對于恰逢城中村改造工程進(jìn)入關(guān)鍵階段的鄭州市而言,情況尤為嚴(yán)峻,以往聚集和收納了大量低收入人群的城中村被拆遷改造,進(jìn)一步造成了低收入者住房困難的問題。經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房作為國家住房建設(shè)的重要措施之一,可以有效緩解低收入人群購房難、居住環(huán)境差這一現(xiàn)狀。因此,關(guān)注經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房的發(fā)展有重要的學(xué)術(shù)和現(xiàn)實意義。與此同時,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與時代進(jìn)步,人們對居住空間品質(zhì)有了更高的要求。如何更加精細(xì)化、合理化的對經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房進(jìn)行設(shè)計,最大限度的優(yōu)化我國低收入人群的居住需求,就成為經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房建設(shè)和發(fā)展中迫切需要研究解決的問題。本文基于以上背景與現(xiàn)狀以及國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)、實踐、案例的梳理,提出將經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房設(shè)計與家庭生命周期相關(guān)聯(lián),探索適應(yīng)家庭生命周期的經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房設(shè)計方法,從而提高經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房對于不同家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的適應(yīng)性,擴大其普適性,讓使用者在固定的空間內(nèi)擁有更加靈活的選擇以適應(yīng)家庭結(jié)構(gòu)在不同時期變化的不同需求。探索出經(jīng)濟(jì)合理、適應(yīng)性強、靈活多變的居住空間模式,從而緩解低收入家庭住房困難,居住環(huán)境相對差的現(xiàn)狀。本文分為六部分,第一部分為緒論,簡述經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房的發(fā)展背景及相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀;第二部分為課題調(diào)研,通過文獻(xiàn)研究、網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜集、實地調(diào)研的方式對鄭州市經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房的發(fā)展及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析調(diào)研結(jié)果,得出目前鄭州市經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房的發(fā)展及使用狀況;第三部分是設(shè)計創(chuàng)作理念,結(jié)合調(diào)研結(jié)果提出具體設(shè)計中的需要注意的指導(dǎo)性原則;第四部分是設(shè)計過程,著重展示具體設(shè)計中的分析和創(chuàng)作歷程;第五部分是設(shè)計方案展示,完整展示最終設(shè)計成果;最后部分是設(shè)計總結(jié),對整體研究過程進(jìn)行總結(jié)和自我評價,匯總各項研究成果。
[Abstract]:According to the data released by the Henan Provincial Bureau of Statistics, Zhengzhou still has a large gap in income relative to housing prices, and most people, especially low-income people, still have great difficulties in buying housing. The situation is especially severe for Zhengzhou, which happens to be at the critical stage of the reconstruction project of village in the city. In the past, the village in the city which gathered and accepted a large number of low-income people was demolished and renovated, which further caused the housing difficulty of the low-income people. Comfortable housing, as one of the important measures of the national housing construction, can effectively alleviate the housing purchase difficulty of the low-income people and the poor living environment. Therefore, it is of great academic and practical significance to pay close attention to the development of comfortable housing. At the same time, with the development of economy and the progress of the times, people have higher requirements on the quality of living space. How to design comfortable housing more meticulously and rationalize and optimize the housing demand of low-income people becomes an urgent problem to be solved in the construction and development of comfortable housing. Based on the above background and current situation, as well as domestic and foreign literature, practice, case carding, this paper puts forward to link comfortable housing design with family life cycle and explore comfortable housing design method to adapt to family life cycle. In order to improve comfortable housing's adaptability to different family structure, expand its universality, let users have more flexible choices in the fixed space to adapt to the different needs of family structure changes in different periods. In order to alleviate the housing difficulties of low-income families and the poor living environment, a reasonable, adaptable and flexible living space model is explored in order to alleviate the housing difficulties of low-income families and the present situation of poor living environment. This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, briefly describes the development background of comfortable housing and related research status; The second part is the topic investigation, through the literature research, the network collection, the on-the-spot investigation way carries on the investigation to the Zhengzhou city comfortable housing's development and the present situation, analyzes the investigation result, obtains the Zhengzhou city comfortable housing's development and the use condition at present; The third part is the concept of design creation, combined with the research results to put forward the guiding principles that should be paid attention to in the specific design; the fourth part is the design process, focusing on the analysis and creation process of the specific design; The last part is the design summary, summarizing and self-evaluation of the whole research process, and summarizing the research results.
