養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度對(duì)噴射混凝土性能影響的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為探究不同地溫環(huán)境對(duì)噴射混凝土性能的影響,本研究在實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬相應(yīng)溫度條件,開(kāi)展不同養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度下噴射混凝土強(qiáng)度、耐久性及混凝土與巖石粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的研究。結(jié)果表明,在25~40℃養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下,隨養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度的提高,噴射混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度、混凝土與巖石的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度呈增大趨勢(shì),但在60℃養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下抗壓強(qiáng)度和粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度均降低并隨齡期呈先增大后降低的趨勢(shì);25~60℃養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下的混凝土抗?jié)B等級(jí)都為最高等級(jí),氯離子滲透性皆處于低級(jí);隨溫度升高,其抗?jié)B性、抗氯離子滲透性、抗碳化能力均有所降低。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the influence of different ground temperature on the performance of shotcrete, the strength, durability and bond strength between concrete and rock under different curing temperatures were studied by simulating the corresponding temperature conditions in the laboratory.
