【摘要】：應(yīng)用SWOT分析法分析了快速路自身所具有的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,以及快速路發(fā)展所面臨的機遇和威脅。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出城市快速交通發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和具體措施,并應(yīng)用層次分析法(AHP)法對SWOT因素和戰(zhàn)略措施進行定性評價以進行選擇和決策,對SWOT-AHP模型進行數(shù)學(xué)描述并給出相關(guān)定義的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)式,對模型進行分析計算得到戰(zhàn)略選擇流程圖和靈活的求解思路。最后,以武漢市快速路發(fā)展規(guī)劃為例證明了本文方法的可行性。本文方法結(jié)合了SWOT法和AHP法的優(yōu)點,可用于快速交通的發(fā)展規(guī)劃決策。
[Abstract]:SWOT analysis is applied to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the expressway itself, as well as the opportunities and threats faced by the development of the expressway. On this basis, the development strategy and concrete measures of urban rapid traffic are put forward, and the qualitative evaluation of SWOT factors and strategic measures is carried out by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to carry on the choice and the decision-making. The SWOT-AHP model is described mathematically and the mathematical expression of the relevant definition is given. The flow chart of strategy selection and flexible solution are obtained by analyzing and calculating the model. Finally, taking Wuhan expressway development planning as an example, the feasibility of this method is proved. This method combines the advantages of switch method and AHP method, and can be used in the development planning decision of fast traffic.
