低溫環(huán)境下復(fù)合礦物摻合料火山灰效應(yīng)試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:采用比強(qiáng)度分析法對(duì)低溫環(huán)境下礦粉、硅灰復(fù)合礦物摻合料的火山灰效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:隨著溫度的降低,砂漿試件的強(qiáng)度逐漸降低,加入復(fù)合礦物摻合料提高了砂漿的強(qiáng)度;通過對(duì)比180 d時(shí)砂漿強(qiáng)度發(fā)現(xiàn)加入15%礦粉+3%硅灰對(duì)低溫環(huán)境下砂漿強(qiáng)度提升最大,0.5水灰比試件在10℃下強(qiáng)度提高了9%,火山灰效應(yīng)貢獻(xiàn)率為25.1%;0.36水灰比試件在10℃下強(qiáng)度提高了6%,火山灰效應(yīng)貢獻(xiàn)率為22.5%,5℃下強(qiáng)度提高了5%,火山灰效應(yīng)貢獻(xiàn)率為21.5%。
[Abstract]:The pozzolanic effect of mineral powder and silica fume compound mineral admixture at low temperature was studied by means of specific strength analysis. The results show that with the decrease of temperature, the strength of mortar specimen decreases gradually, and the strength of mortar is improved by adding composite mineral admixture. Through comparing the strength of mortar at 180 days, it is found that adding 15% mineral powder 3% silica fume increases the strength of mortar at low temperature, 0.5 water-cement ratio increases 9% at 10 鈩,
