外包鋼筋混凝土加固在役軸壓鋼柱的力學(xué)性能研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the proportion of steel structures used in practical projects has gradually increased, and a large number of new steel structures, which are old and insufficient in bearing capacity, need to be strengthened, which makes the strengthening of steel structures play an increasingly important role. Therefore, in this paper, the reinforcement of steel structure is studied, mainly on the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete reinforced columns in service. The main contents of this paper are as follows: analogizing the bearing capacity of ordinary steel reinforced concrete (SFRC), analyzing the mechanical properties of reinforced columns in service, analyzing the initial load, the grade of concrete, The influence of internal steel strength and stirrups on the bearing capacity of reinforced columns in service. According to the theory, based on the superposition method, the calculation method of the bearing capacity of the reinforced columns in service is put forward after considering the interaction between the materials, and the experimental parameters are calculated by the theoretical calculation method of the derived bearing capacity. The calculated values are compared with the experimental data. The results show that there is a negative correlation between the initial load and the maximum bearing capacity of the reinforced columns in service, and when the strength of the concrete increases, the maximum bearing capacity of the columns in service increases with the increase of the initial load and the maximum bearing capacity of the columns in service. When the design strength of internal section steel increases, the bearing capacity of in-service reinforced columns increases, and the bearing capacity of in-service strengthened columns increases with the increase of stirrups. The ABAQUS model matched with the experiment is established, and the whole loading process of the column in service is simulated by the birth and death element. The simulation results are compared with the experimental data and the calculated values are compared with the experimental data, and the reliability of the finite element model is verified after the simulation results are compared with the experimental data. The finite element simulation analysis of more groups of reinforced columns in service with different initial stress levels, different concrete strength and different internal steel design strength is carried out by using ABAQUS. On the basis of theoretical deduction and experiment, the bearing capacity of in-service reinforced columns is further analyzed under different influence factors. The characteristics of recycled concrete and its parameters related to strength are analyzed. Based on the analogy of the factors affecting the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete columns in service, this paper discusses the influencing factors of the bearing capacity of reclaimed reinforced concrete columns in service. The influencing factors are the initial load and the strength of concrete, respectively. The strength of internal section steel and the restraint action of stirrups are analyzed, and the calculation method of bearing capacity is put forward. The finite element software is used to set up the model of reinforced concrete column in service, change the substitution rate of recycled aggregate and change the strength of concrete, and get the bearing capacity of reinforced column under different ratio of recycled aggregate. According to the results, it can be found that when the proportion of recycled aggregate is about 50%, the bearing capacity of recycled reinforced concrete is similar to that of ordinary reinforced concrete reinforced steel columns in service.
