新型空氣-水雙熱源復(fù)合熱泵系統(tǒng)性能和除霜實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:針對(duì)低溫環(huán)境條件下熱泵逆循環(huán)除霜存在的諸多問題,提出了一套具備預(yù)熱除霜功能的新型空氣-水雙熱源復(fù)合熱泵系統(tǒng)(new air-water double source composite heat pump system,AWDSHPS-N),通過閥門切換和低溫水源側(cè)水泵的啟?刂瓶芍苯舆M(jìn)入除霜模式,除霜過程中可保證制熱的連續(xù)性,每次除霜時(shí)長(zhǎng)不超過5 min。利用恒溫恒濕環(huán)境倉(cāng)模擬室外環(huán)境條件,可調(diào)控水溫的低溫水箱模擬太陽(yáng)能等低溫?zé)嵩创罱ˋWDSHPS-N實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),對(duì)不同測(cè)試工況下,單空氣源制熱模式(air source heating mode,ASHM)、單水源制熱模式(water source heating mode,WSHM)、空氣-水雙熱源制熱模式(air-water source heating mode,AWSHM)3種制熱模式將水從18℃加熱至51℃的系統(tǒng)性能系數(shù)(coefficient of performance,COP)進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明:AWSHM的COP比ASHM提高了6.1%~20.5%;當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度和低溫水源溫度均高于15℃時(shí),系統(tǒng)COP高低順序?yàn)锳WSHM、ASHM和WSHM。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of defrosting in reverse cycle of heat pump under low temperature environment, a new air / water dual heat source heat pump system (new air-water double source composite heat pump system,AWDSHPS-N) with preheating defrosting function is proposed. The defrosting mode can be directly entered by valve switch and the starting and stopping control of the low temperature water source side pump. The continuous heating can be ensured during defrosting process, and the defrosting time per time is not more than 5 min.. Using the constant temperature and humidity environment warehouse to simulate the outdoor environment condition, the low temperature water tank with adjustable water temperature is used to simulate the solar energy and other low temperature heat sources to build the AWDSHPS-N experimental bench.
