【摘要】：為了提高混凝土預(yù)制方樁的連接性能,重新設(shè)計了樁身的連接接頭.通過對3種常用樁型共9根復(fù)合配筋混凝土預(yù)制方樁接頭試件進(jìn)行足尺度抗彎性能試驗,研究方樁連接接頭的抗彎承載力、變形延性及破壞特征等.結(jié)果表明:方樁接頭試件破壞時,樁身混凝土裂縫分布緊密,裂縫豎向發(fā)展分叉較多,部分裂縫相互交錯;復(fù)合配筋混凝土預(yù)制方樁接頭試件的極限抗彎承載力試驗值遠(yuǎn)大于樁身極限抗彎承載力規(guī)范公式的計算值,且都大于50%以上;方樁接頭試件破壞形式主要有兩種:樁身正截面抗彎破壞和端板與樁身連接破壞,發(fā)生樁身正截面抗彎破壞的接頭試件具有更好的承載能力和變形性能.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the connection performance of precast concrete square pile, the connection joint of pile body was redesigned. The flexural strength, deformation ductility and failure characteristics of square pile joints were studied by means of foot scale flexural behavior tests of 9 concrete composite reinforced concrete prefabricated square pile joints of three kinds of commonly used piles. The results show that when the specimens of square pile joints are destroyed, the cracks in the pile body are closely distributed, the vertical development and bifurcation of cracks are more, and some cracks are interlaced with each other. The test values of ultimate flexural bearing capacity of composite reinforced concrete prefabricated square pile joints are much larger than the calculated values of the formula of ultimate flexural bearing capacity of pile body, and are more than 50%. There are two kinds of failure modes of square pile joint: bending failure of normal section of pile body and joint failure of end plate and pile body. Joint specimens with bending failure of normal section of pile body have better bearing capacity and deformation performance.
