新型氣浮-沉淀工藝水庫水除藻除濁效果及分析

【摘要】:目的研究廣東省中山市某水廠側(cè)向流斜板填料在新型氣浮-沉淀系統(tǒng)中對(duì)水庫水藻類、濁度的處理效果,提高水庫水藻類和濁度的去除率.方法確定PAC投加量、Na OH投加量、進(jìn)水濁度和進(jìn)水葉綠素濃度為主要影響因素,采用中心組合設(shè)計(jì)-響應(yīng)曲面法建模分析氣浮-沉淀后藻類和濁度的去除效果.結(jié)果當(dāng)高藻水(ρ(葉綠素)=4 000 mg/L)PAC投加量為3.84~8.61 mg/L、Na OH投加量為1.88~5.63 mg/L時(shí),葉綠素去除率最高達(dá)97.89%;低濁水(濁度=12 NTU)Na OH投加量為1.67~3.25 mg/L、高濁水(濁度=110 NTU)PAC投加量為39.67~25.46 mg/L時(shí),濁度去除率最高分別為97.38%和98.66%.結(jié)論含有側(cè)向流斜板填料的新型氣浮-沉淀工藝可提高不同季節(jié)水庫水除藻除濁效果.
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of lateral flow inclined plate packing on algae and turbidity of reservoir water in a new air floating-sedimentation system, and to improve the removal rate of algae and turbidity in reservoir water. Methods the PAC dosage, the influent turbidity and the influent chlorophyll concentration were determined as the main influencing factors. The central combination design-response surface method was used to analyze the removal effect of algae and turbidity after air floatation and precipitation. Results when the PAC dosage of high algal water (蟻 (chlorophyll) = 4 000 mg/L) was 3.84 ~ 8.61 mg/L,Na OH and the dosage was 1.88 ~ 5.63 mg/L, the highest chlorophyll removal rate was 97.89%. The turbidity removal rates of low turbidity water (turbidity = 12 NTU) Na OH) and high turbidity water (turbidity = 110 NTU) PAC = 39.67 ~ 25.46 mg/L) were 97.38% and 98.66%, respectively. Conclusion the new air floatation and sedimentation process with lateral flow inclined plate packing can improve the turbid removal effect of reservoir water in different seasons.
