裝載機(jī)駕駛室低頻聲分析與控制

【摘要】:針對裝載機(jī)駕駛室中難以處理的低頻噪聲問題,分別建立結(jié)構(gòu)聲和透射聲聲場仿真模型,并進(jìn)行駕駛室車內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)聲和透射聲數(shù)值仿真.同時驗(yàn)證駕駛室模型建立的準(zhǔn)確性,確定駕駛室車內(nèi)聲場與結(jié)構(gòu)聲和透射聲的關(guān)系,最后進(jìn)行裝載機(jī)駕駛室低噪聲控制設(shè)計(jì).結(jié)果表明,通過考慮可行性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性和輕量化,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)了駕駛室吸聲和阻尼處理.以駕駛室人耳聲壓頻響曲線為目標(biāo),對重要板件的厚度進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),改變了駕駛室結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)與聲場的耦合和隔聲特性.從而使得駕駛室內(nèi)噪聲最高聲壓級降低了3.37 d B,總聲壓級降低了2.93 d B,取得了良好的低頻聲控制.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of low frequency noise which is difficult to deal with in the cab of loader, the simulation models of structural sound and transmission sound field are established, and the numerical simulation of structural sound and transmission sound in cab is carried out. At the same time, the accuracy of the cab model is verified, and the relationship between the sound field of the cab and the structural sound and the transmission sound is determined. Finally, the low noise control design of the cab of the loader is carried out. The results show that, by considering feasibility, economy and lightweight, the sound absorption and damping treatment of cab is optimized. Aiming at the frequency response curve of the ear pressure in the cab, the thickness of the important plate is designed, and the coupling and sound insulation characteristics of the structural mode and sound field of the cab are changed. Therefore, the maximum sound pressure level in the cab is reduced by 3.37 dB, and the total sound pressure level is reduced by 2.93 dB, and a good low frequency sound control is achieved.
