固支拱形蜂窩梁在集中荷載下承載能力試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了研究腹板開孔拱形蜂窩梁的力學(xué)性能,并為進(jìn)一步的數(shù)值模擬建立驗(yàn)證模型,采用考慮三因素兩水平的正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法設(shè)計(jì)了4根蜂窩拱構(gòu)件進(jìn)行靜力加載試驗(yàn),得到了固支拱形蜂窩梁在拱頂集中荷載作用下的受力反應(yīng),并將其結(jié)果和有限元結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。通過對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者結(jié)果接近,從而驗(yàn)證了建立有限元模型方法的正確性,為進(jìn)一步的多因素?cái)?shù)值分析奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanical properties of web perforated arch honeycomb beams, and to establish a verification model for further numerical simulation, four honeycomb arch members were designed to carry out static loading tests by orthogonal design method with three factors and two levels. The stress response of the fixed arch honeycomb beam under concentrated load on the vault is obtained, and the results are compared with those of the finite element method. Through comparison, it is found that the two results are close to each other, which verifies the correctness of the finite element method and lays the foundation for further multi-factor numerical analysis.
