【摘要】：近年來,傳統(tǒng)的跟團游已遠遠滿足不了人們旺盛的旅游需求,散客旅游已成為旅游的主體,休閑旅游業(yè)增長較快,從而出現(xiàn)了諸多新型旅游形態(tài),其中周邊游成為了我國居民備受歡迎的休閑度假旅游新方式,旅游人群也隨之發(fā)生了改變,家庭旅游已成為周邊游的主體人群,這就對旅游目的地居住空間的設計提出了新的要求。民宿作為周邊游群體的首選居住方式,需要根據(jù)當?shù)靥厣娘L土人情、建筑結(jié)構(gòu)、旅游資源及游客群體的條件和需求設計出既符合當?shù)靥厣譂M足消費者需求的居住空間,使民宿作為服務于心在農(nóng)村的城市人時可以給居住人群提供更舒適的居住體驗。本文以保定市順平縣民宿改造方案為例,根據(jù)順平縣旅游資源及周邊游群體為依據(jù),從周邊游的消費者對民宿設計的影響和需求等方面進行分析,探討周邊游群體和民宿設計的關(guān)系,總結(jié)出現(xiàn)階段我國周邊游群體選擇居住民宿的理由以及以家庭為主的周邊游群體的特點與需求。同時對河北省保定市順平縣的現(xiàn)狀進行分析和總結(jié),確定符合當?shù)靥厣拖M者需求的目標定位,從而更有針對性的進行家庭式民宿的改造設計。
[Abstract]:In recent years, traditional group tours have been far from satisfying the exuberant tourism demand of people. Individual tourism has become the main body of tourism, leisure tourism has grown rapidly, and many new forms of tourism have emerged. Among them, peripheral tourism has become a popular new way of leisure tourism for Chinese residents, and the tourist crowd has also changed. Family tourism has become the main group in the surrounding tourism. This has put forward the new request to the tourist destination residence space design. As the preferred living mode of the surrounding tourist groups, the residential accommodation should be designed according to the local characteristics of local customs, building structure, tourism resources and the conditions and needs of tourist groups, which not only meet the local characteristics but also meet the needs of consumers. It can provide a more comfortable living experience for people living in rural areas. This paper takes Shunping County, Baoding City as an example, according to the tourism resources and the surrounding tourist groups, analyzes the influence and demand of the consumers on the residential housing design. This paper probes into the relationship between the surrounding tour groups and the residential design, and summarizes the reasons why the surrounding tour groups in our country choose to live in the residential accommodation at the emergence stage, as well as the characteristics and needs of the surrounding tour groups, which are dominated by families. At the same time, this paper analyzes and summarizes the present situation of Shunping County in Baoding City, Hebei Province, and determines the target orientation that conforms to the local characteristics and consumer needs, so as to carry out the reformation design of the family dwelling house more pertinently.
