【摘要】：隨著城市大規(guī)模地開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)與改造更新,“尺度大”、“速度快”成了城市街道的主要特征,造成了高樓林立卻千城一面的窘?jīng)r。在飛速發(fā)展的狀態(tài)下,大眾生活的新需求與城市發(fā)展的矛盾日益凸顯。人們開(kāi)始對(duì)城市街道有了新的思考并對(duì)街道空間提出了新要求。街道作為容納大眾日常生活的場(chǎng)所,是感知城市公共空間的基本載體。本文以武漢市青山區(qū)紅房子片區(qū)的街道為例,通過(guò)實(shí)地考察、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和空間活動(dòng)記錄等研究方法,分析影響街道空間形成的因素,指出紅房子片區(qū)街道空間的現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題。基于環(huán)境行為學(xué)理論,從人的行為需求、活動(dòng)類型和物質(zhì)空間環(huán)境三者關(guān)系展開(kāi)探討,以營(yíng)造不同人群參與、彼此關(guān)聯(lián)并親密互動(dòng)的城市街道,進(jìn)而提升空間的多樣性和包容性;歸納構(gòu)建城市街道共享空間的設(shè)計(jì)方法,為將來(lái)的城市街道的更新與改造提供新思路。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale development and reconstruction and renewal of cities, "large scale" and "fast speed" have become the main characteristics of city streets, resulting in a dilemma of tall buildings but thousands of cities. Under the condition of rapid development, the contradiction between the new demand of mass life and urban development is increasingly prominent. People began to have a new thinking on urban streets and new demands on street space. As a place to accommodate the daily life of the public, street is the basic carrier of perceiving urban public space. This paper takes the streets of Hongfang District in Qingshan District of Wuhan as an example, analyzes the factors that affect the formation of street space through field investigation, questionnaire survey and space activity record, and points out the present situation of street space in Red House area. Based on the theory of environmental behavior, the relationship among human behavior needs, activity types and physical space environment is discussed in order to create urban streets in which different groups of people participate, relate and interact closely. Thus enhancing the diversity and inclusiveness of space; The design method of constructing the shared space of city streets is summarized, which provides a new idea for the renewal and transformation of city streets in the future.
