施工升降機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)分析計(jì)算系統(tǒng)研究與開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:施工升降機(jī)作為建筑施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的關(guān)鍵大型設(shè)備,被用于垂直運(yùn)輸建筑材料、人員和施工設(shè)備。多年來(lái)通過(guò)眾多科研人員的不懈努力,施工升降機(jī)已經(jīng)獲得了飛躍的發(fā)展,在結(jié)構(gòu)、電控和安全等技術(shù)上都日臻完善。但是,施工升降機(jī)在設(shè)計(jì)、制造等方面依舊存在許多難以克服的問(wèn)題,如設(shè)計(jì)周期長(zhǎng)、吊籠自重大等。為解決這些難題,節(jié)省大量的人力和時(shí)間,采用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)研發(fā)專(zhuān)用于施工升降機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與分析的應(yīng)用軟件是一項(xiàng)卓有成效的工作。計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)作為當(dāng)前熱門(mén)技術(shù),在現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)發(fā)展有著重要地位和作用。將CAD與CAE緊密集成、協(xié)同工作,已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)具有先進(jìn)信息化水平的重要標(biāo)志之一。將CAD/CAE集成技術(shù)應(yīng)用于施工升降機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程對(duì)提高施工升降機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低研發(fā)成本,合理利用開(kāi)發(fā)資源,縮短產(chǎn)品研發(fā)周期以及進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化其結(jié)構(gòu)都有著重要的意義。論文所做的主要工作如下:1.分析了施工升降機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成和工作原理以及設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中應(yīng)考慮的載荷計(jì)算,包括靜載荷、額定載重量、風(fēng)載荷等,并給出主要結(jié)構(gòu)件在不同工況下的載荷組合,為施工升降機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)分析計(jì)算系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)提供了理論依據(jù)。2.研究了自動(dòng)化參數(shù)建模及裝配技術(shù)、自動(dòng)化參數(shù)有限元分析技術(shù)、自動(dòng)化生成分析報(bào)告等關(guān)鍵技術(shù);選用SolidWorks、ANSYS、Word作為系統(tǒng)支撐軟件,分別研究了其二次開(kāi)發(fā)方法和集成方式。其中,為實(shí)現(xiàn)ANSYS與系統(tǒng)的完美集成,創(chuàng)新性地提出基于Socket和Windows API的二次開(kāi)發(fā)方法。關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究為施工升降機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)分析計(jì)算系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了方法依據(jù)。3.分析了系統(tǒng)需求,并根據(jù)需求進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計(jì)和架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);確定了系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)為三層架構(gòu),使用反射工廠設(shè)計(jì)模式實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的擴(kuò)展性和開(kāi)放性,并基于Visual Studio開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境以及SolidWorks、ANSYS、Word支撐軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)各模塊功能。通過(guò)具體應(yīng)用證明,本文開(kāi)發(fā)的結(jié)構(gòu)分析計(jì)算系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了施工升降機(jī)建模、分析及報(bào)告生成功能,大大提高了施工升降機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)效率,。具有良好的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As the key equipment in the construction site, the construction hoist is used for vertical transportation of building materials, personnel and construction equipment. Over the years, through the unremitting efforts of many researchers, the construction lift has been developed by leaps and bounds, and the structure, electronic control and safety technology are becoming more and more perfect. However, there are still many insurmountable problems in the design and manufacture of the construction hoist, such as long design period, self-important hoist and so on. In order to solve these problems and save a lot of manpower and time, it is a fruitful work to develop the application software specially for structural design and analysis of construction hoist by using computer aided design technology. As a popular technology, computer aided design (CAD) plays an important role in the development of modern product design technology. The close integration of CAD and CAE and collaborative work have become one of the important symbols of advanced information level in enterprises. The application of CAD/CAE integrated technology in the design process of construction hoist can improve the design efficiency and product quality of construction hoist, reduce the cost of research and development, and make rational use of development resources. It is of great significance to shorten the product development cycle and further optimize its structure. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. This paper analyzes the structure composition and working principle of the construction hoist and the load calculation that should be considered in the design process, including static load, rated load, wind load and so on, and gives the load combinations of the main structural parts under different working conditions. It provides a theoretical basis for the development of structural analysis and calculation system of construction hoist. 2. The key technologies such as automatic parameter modeling and assembly technology, automatic parameter finite element analysis technology, automatic generation of analysis report and so on are studied. Using SolidWorks,ANSYS,Word as the supporting software, the secondary development method and integration method are studied respectively. In order to realize the perfect integration of ANSYS and the system, the secondary development method based on Socket and Windows API is put forward innovatively. The research of the key technology provides the method basis for the realization of the structure analysis and calculation system of the construction hoist. 3. The requirements of the system are analyzed, and the system function and architecture are designed according to the requirements. The architecture of the system is determined to be a three-tier architecture. The system is extensible and open based on the reflective factory design pattern. Based on the Visual Studio development environment and the SolidWorks,ANSYS,Word supporting software, the functions of each module of the system are realized. It is proved by the concrete application that the structure analysis and calculation system developed in this paper has realized the function of construction elevator modeling, analysis and report generation, and greatly improved the design efficiency of construction hoist. It has good engineering application value.
