基于ECOTECT軟件下的保障性住房物理環(huán)境設(shè)計分析研究

【摘要】:保障性住房是決定國家穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的重要基石。近幾年來隨著房價的不斷新高,保障性住房的建設(shè)問題越來越被政府和人民所關(guān)注。各地保障性住房建設(shè)成為了解決民生與穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的重要手段。與此同時,隨著國家經(jīng)濟實力的不斷提高,對于保障性住房的要求已經(jīng)不單單是“保障性”的要求,更增加了“科學(xué)性”和“舒適性”的要求。以這樣的情況背景,作者收集相關(guān)資料,通過調(diào)研等多種形式,對目前保障性住房的設(shè)計特點和存在的問題進行總結(jié)。隨著我國對于BIM技術(shù)的大力推廣,BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用越來越多。通過BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用使得在建筑設(shè)計時更為科學(xué)、合理,為建筑行業(yè)帶來了新的技術(shù)平臺。但是目前BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用往往針對大型公共建筑或者前期資金投入較大的建筑,應(yīng)用于保障性住房建設(shè)的卻是相對較少;谶@樣的條件,本文作者提出了將BIM技術(shù)下的生態(tài)分析軟件Ecotect應(yīng)用于保障性住房的設(shè)計與建設(shè)想法。本文重點結(jié)合保障性住房設(shè)計的相關(guān)缺點與問題,利用Ecotect軟件有針對性的功能進行相應(yīng)的分析與模擬,主要分為:氣象數(shù)據(jù)分析與應(yīng)用、熱環(huán)境分析與應(yīng)用、光環(huán)境分析與模擬、可視度分析與應(yīng)用、風(fēng)環(huán)境模擬分析與應(yīng)用、經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境影響分析與應(yīng)用。本課題從模型建立到軟件操作,最后的數(shù)據(jù)輸出與分析進行系統(tǒng)的探究,對軟件與設(shè)計結(jié)合的可操作性和實用性進行總結(jié)。希望通過本課題的研究為未來建設(shè)更為舒適、科學(xué)的保障性住房提供新的思路與方法。
[Abstract]:Affordable housing is an important cornerstone of the country's stable development. In recent years, with the rising of house prices, the construction of affordable housing has been paid more and more attention by the government and people. Local supportable housing construction has become an important means to solve people's livelihood and stable development. At the same time, with the continuous improvement of national economic strength, the demand for affordable housing is not only the requirement of "indemnificatory", but also the requirement of "scientific" and "comfortable". In this context, the author collects relevant information, through research and other forms, summarizes the design characteristics and existing problems of the current affordable housing. With the popularization of BIM technology in our country, the application of BIM technology is more and more. The application of BIM technology makes the architectural design more scientific and reasonable, and brings a new technology platform for the construction industry. However, at present, the application of BIM technology is often aimed at large public buildings or large pre-investment buildings, but relatively few are used in the construction of affordable housing. Based on this condition, the author puts forward the idea of applying the ecological analysis software Ecotect based on BIM technology to the design and construction of supportable housing. This paper focuses on the related shortcomings and problems in the design of affordable housing, and makes use of the targeted functions of Ecotect software to carry out corresponding analysis and simulation, which are mainly divided into: analysis and application of meteorological data, analysis and application of thermal environment, Light environment analysis and simulation, visual analysis and application, wind environment simulation analysis and application, economic and environmental impact analysis and application. In this paper, from modeling to software operation, the final data output and analysis are systematically explored, and the operability and practicability of the combination of software and design are summarized. Through the research of this topic, we hope to provide new ideas and methods for the future construction of more comfortable and scientific affordable housing.
