DM智能化建筑公司物資采購管理的研究
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the domestic and international market background of intelligent building industry in our country at present. Combined with the theoretical research results of procurement management, this paper briefly describes the importance of improving the level of procurement management and innovating procurement management mode to the development of intelligent building industry. Taking DM Intelligent Building Company as an example, this paper analyzes the current purchasing situation, including the general situation of purchasing business, the internal and external relations of purchasing organizations and the procurement process, and applies the theoretical knowledge mentioned above to find out the three problems existing in the procurement of the company. At the same time of the comparison of theoretical logic and empirical cases, combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge in procurement management, qualitative analysis of the research object is carried out, and the feasible improvement and improvement measures are put forward for the problems found. Based on the research and practice of material procurement management in intelligent construction enterprises in China, the research progress of material procurement management theory in China is analyzed and discussed. Because the internal purchasing demand of the enterprise depends on the project type, but not the constant, the efficient material demand management must require more accurate inventory, reduce the cost and risk of the supply chain, and enhance the ability of the service project. The content of material procurement management is rich and covers a wide range. Therefore, this paper expounds the understanding of purchasing management based on transaction cost economics, supply chain management theory and interest related theory. In this paper, the author chooses the DM company as an example to analyze the current situation of the company, and discusses the influence of the internal material procurement management on the engineering project from the aspects of purchasing price, material quality and purchasing cycle. To find out the current company procurement management problems and deficiencies. In view of the problems existing in the procurement of DM Company, this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions for improvement combining with the author's cognition of working practice and modern purchasing theory, including strengthening the quality control of procurement, adopting modern purchasing mode and optimizing the management of purchasing organization. The modern purchasing mode suitable for intelligent construction industry is expounded from three aspects: optimizing supply chain management, perfecting supplier evaluation and purchasing material classification management.
