【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),對(duì)推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、改善民生作出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。我國(guó)處于城市化蓬勃發(fā)展新時(shí)期的時(shí)代背景對(duì)建筑業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目在管理上提出了更高的要求。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理水平的好壞關(guān)系到項(xiàng)目的工期、質(zhì)量、資金投入和各方的利益。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和控制是建筑業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理中非常重要的部分。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃是項(xiàng)目管理的首步,制定合理的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃能夠使得項(xiàng)目施工能夠在成本和工期之間達(dá)到良好的平衡,有利于項(xiàng)目施工的實(shí)施。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制是項(xiàng)目施工能否按照項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃完成的控制手段,對(duì)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的完成具有非常重要的意義。本文以商城縣錦和一品小區(qū)項(xiàng)目為案例對(duì)象。首先對(duì)建筑業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理理論中關(guān)于項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制方面的理論進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和分析,研究項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃制定的原則、方法、步驟和優(yōu)化,完成項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃的制定。然后在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中根據(jù)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃對(duì)項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度進(jìn)行控制,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程中的實(shí)際情況采取各種控制方法以保證項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度按照項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃進(jìn)行,保證項(xiàng)目能夠避免延誤,最終能夠在保證成本和質(zhì)量的前提下完成。希望本論文的工作能夠?qū)μ岣呓ㄖ䴓I(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的水平有所幫助,為其他項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is an important pillar industry in the development of our national economy, which has made important contribution to promoting economic and social development and improving people's livelihood. China is in the new era of urbanization and vigorous development of the background of construction engineering projects in the management of higher requirements. Project schedule management level relates to the project duration, quality, capital investment and the interests of all parties. Project schedule planning and control is a very important part of construction project management. The project schedule is the first step of the project management. Making a reasonable project schedule can make the project construction achieve a good balance between the cost and the construction period, which is conducive to the implementation of the project construction. The project schedule control is the control method of whether the project construction can be completed according to the project plan, which is of great significance to the completion of the project goal. This article takes Shangcheng County brocade and Yi Pin small area project as the case object. Firstly, this paper studies and analyzes the theory of project schedule and project schedule control in the theory of construction project management, studies the principles, methods, steps and optimization of project schedule planning, and completes the formulation of project plan. Then in the implementation of the project according to the project plan to control the progress of the project, according to the actual situation in the construction process of the project to adopt various control methods to ensure the progress of the project according to the project plan, Ensure that the project can avoid delays and ultimately be completed at guaranteed cost and quality. I hope the work of this paper can help to improve the level of project management in the construction industry, and provide reference for the implementation of other projects.
