空心微珠輕質陶粒的制備與性能

【摘要】:以煤矸石空心微珠和玻璃空心微珠坯體為主要原料,采用滾動成球法制備陶粒生坯,經烘干、燒結,得到輕質陶粒,研究了燒結溫度、保溫時間以及玻璃粉添加量對空心微珠輕質陶粒性能的影響。結果表明:隨著燒結溫度的升高,陶粒的表觀密度和吸水率逐漸增大,顆?箟簭姸认仍龃蠛笾饾u減小;燒結溫度為700℃,單顆粒抗壓強度為200.5 N,達到最大值。隨著保溫時間的延長,顆?箟簭姸认仍龃蠛鬁p小。加入玻璃粉可以明顯提高陶粒的單顆?箟簭姸,并且隨著玻璃粉加入量的增大,顆?箟簭姸蕊@著增大,700℃燒結的樣品中玻璃粉加入量為25%(質量分數(shù))時,單顆粒抗壓強度增大到327.5 N,提高了63.3%。
[Abstract]:Using coal gangue hollow bead and glass hollow bead as the main raw materials, the raw material of ceramic green was prepared by rolling ball forming method. After drying, sintered, light ceramsite was obtained. The sintering temperature was studied. The effect of holding time and glass powder addition on the properties of hollow microbeads. The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature, the apparent density and water absorption of ceramsite increase gradually, and the compressive strength of the particle increases first and then decreases, and the compressive strength of single particle reaches the maximum value at 700 鈩,
