【摘要】：焊接空心球作為空間網(wǎng)格中最常用的節(jié)點(diǎn)形式之一,自20世紀(jì)中期出現(xiàn)以來(lái)被廣泛用于體育場(chǎng)館、博覽會(huì)展和工業(yè)設(shè)施等各類(lèi)建筑中的空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu).國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者針對(duì)焊接空心球節(jié)點(diǎn)從理論推導(dǎo)、數(shù)值模擬、模型試驗(yàn)和工程實(shí)踐等方面開(kāi)展了大量的研究并取得了豐富的成果.本文在概述焊接空心球構(gòu)造形式和承載力等方面研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)焊接空心球的節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度研究方法、影響因素和剛度計(jì)算公式等方面的成果進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)總結(jié),對(duì)比分析了不同的剛度計(jì)算公式,進(jìn)而對(duì)考慮節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度影響的空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)性能的研究成果進(jìn)行了分析,總結(jié)了節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度對(duì)不同結(jié)構(gòu)性能的影響規(guī)律,最后提出了目前焊接空心球節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度研究存在的有待進(jìn)一步完善之處.
[Abstract]:As one of the most commonly used joints in the space grid, welded hollow spheres have been widely used in the space grid structures of stadiums, exhibitions and industrial facilities since the middle of the 20th century. Scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research on welded hollow spherical joints from the aspects of theoretical derivation, numerical simulation, model test and engineering practice, and have achieved a lot of results. On the basis of summarizing the research results of structure and bearing capacity of welded hollow spheres, this paper first systematically summarizes the research methods of joint stiffness of welded hollow spheres, influencing factors and stiffness calculation formulas, and so on. In this paper, different stiffness formulas are compared and analyzed, and the results of the research on the mechanical properties of spatial grid structures considering the effects of node stiffness are analyzed, and the effects of node stiffness on different structural properties are summarized. Finally, the existing research on the stiffness of welded hollow spherical joints is put forward.
