需求導(dǎo)向下蘇州農(nóng)民安置住區(qū)公共空間優(yōu)化策略與實踐研究

【摘要】：我國處于城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的快速階段,大量的農(nóng)村土地轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槌鞘薪ㄔO(shè)用地,特別是蘇州,作為“城鄉(xiāng)一體化國家級試點(diǎn)城市”和“城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展綜合配套改革聯(lián)系點(diǎn)城市”,越來越多的農(nóng)民失去土地被動城市化,因此,農(nóng)民安置成為了一個不可回避的社會問題。當(dāng)前政府多通過興建農(nóng)民安置住區(qū)解決這一問題,但針對農(nóng)民安置住區(qū)的研究較為缺乏,照搬城市住區(qū)模式而不考慮居民需求的做法使得安置住區(qū)在規(guī)劃建設(shè)中存在許多問題。住區(qū)公共空間作為城市空間的組成部分和居民日常生活的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),發(fā)揮著溝通城市、聚合鄰里的作用。因此,以居民需求為導(dǎo)向,對蘇州的農(nóng)民安置住區(qū)公共空間提出相關(guān)優(yōu)化策略及實踐研究,具有重要理論及現(xiàn)實意義。首先,本文對國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)及相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究,簡述了蘇州農(nóng)民安置的背景、農(nóng)民安置住區(qū)的主要特征。根據(jù)區(qū)位、建設(shè)年代、人口規(guī)模及住宅形式的不同選取了蘇州6個典型農(nóng)民安置住區(qū)進(jìn)行實地勘察,對其中居民進(jìn)行訪談及問卷調(diào)研,探析蘇州農(nóng)民安置住區(qū)公共空間在公共服務(wù)設(shè)施、交通空間、綠化空間及其他戶外空間四個方面存在的問題,并從思想層面與規(guī)劃層面分析其原因。其次,根據(jù)分析蘇州農(nóng)民安置住區(qū)居民在社會屬性、生活方式及心理感受三個方面的特殊性,基于馬斯洛需求層次理論得出其在生理、行為和心理三個層次的需求。通過構(gòu)建蘇州農(nóng)民安置住區(qū)居民需求層級,總結(jié)出居民需求,并對住區(qū)公共空間提出相關(guān)發(fā)展要求。最后,在蘇州農(nóng)民安置住區(qū)居民需求層級指導(dǎo)下,對蘇州農(nóng)民安置住區(qū)的公共服務(wù)設(shè)施、交通空間、綠化空間及其他戶外空間提出具有針對性的優(yōu)化策略并以玉盤家園一區(qū)為例進(jìn)行實踐應(yīng)用以檢驗理論策略的合理性及可行性。
[Abstract]:China is in the rapid stage of urbanization development, a large number of rural land into urban construction land, especially Suzhou, as a "urban-rural integration of national pilot cities" and "urban-rural integration development comprehensive reform of the linked point city". More and more farmers have lost their land and become a passive urbanization, so the settlement of farmers has become an unavoidable social problem. At present, the government mostly solves this problem by constructing the settlement area of farmers, but the research on the settlement of farmers is relatively lacking, so there are many problems in the planning and construction of the settlement by copying the model of the urban settlement without considering the needs of the residents. As a part of urban space and an important node of residents' daily life, residential public space plays the role of connecting cities and converging neighbors. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to put forward the relevant optimization strategies and practical research on the public space of the farmers' settlements in Suzhou based on the residents' needs. First of all, this paper studies the domestic and foreign literature and related theories, briefly describes the background of the settlement of farmers in Suzhou, the main characteristics of the settlement of farmers. According to the location, construction time, population scale and housing form, six typical farmers in Suzhou were selected for field survey, and the residents were interviewed and investigated by questionnaire. This paper probes into the problems existing in the public space of Suzhou peasants' settlement in the public service facilities, traffic space, greening space and other outdoor spaces, and analyzes the reasons from the ideological and planning aspects. Secondly, according to the analysis of the particularity of the social attribute, life style and psychological feeling of the settlement residents in Suzhou, the needs of Maslow in the three levels of physiology, behavior and psychology are obtained on the basis of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. By constructing the hierarchy of the residents' needs of the farmers in Suzhou, the author sums up the needs of the residents and puts forward the relevant development requirements for the public space of the residential areas. Finally, under the guidance of the hierarchy of the needs of the residents in the settlement areas of Suzhou, the public service facilities and transportation space for the settlement of the farmers in Suzhou, In order to test the rationality and feasibility of the theoretical strategy, the green space and other outdoor space were put forward and the optimization strategy was put forward and the practical application was carried out with the example of Yupanjiayuan district.
