智能開(kāi)窗機(jī)及其組網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著科技的發(fā)展,社會(huì)上出現(xiàn)了越來(lái)越多的高層建筑和大型場(chǎng)館,例如火車站、大型體育館、工廠等。這些建筑通常會(huì)有很多并且很高的窗戶,如果通過(guò)人力親自去進(jìn)行開(kāi)關(guān),會(huì)很不方便并且不安全。智能開(kāi)窗機(jī)系統(tǒng)可以很好的解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題,該系統(tǒng)可以作為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的終端模塊,本身具有健全的硬件保護(hù)和軟件保護(hù)措施,可以有效的防止開(kāi)窗機(jī)和窗戶受到損壞。另外,該系統(tǒng)可以直接通過(guò)組網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)建筑內(nèi)的所有窗戶進(jìn)行管理,也可以作為其他設(shè)備的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),共同實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)功能。天然氣報(bào)警開(kāi)窗系統(tǒng)作為家庭中安全檢測(cè)的重要系統(tǒng),它通過(guò)檢測(cè)家庭中可燃?xì)怏w(包括煤氣、天然氣、液化氣)的泄露,對(duì)安全隱患做出及時(shí)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。該系統(tǒng)設(shè)備包括四個(gè)部分:傳感器模塊、中央控制模塊、執(zhí)行模塊以及備用電池模塊。傳感器模塊的功能是檢測(cè)空氣中的可燃?xì)怏w,并輸出一個(gè)電平信號(hào)給中央控制模塊。中央控制模塊負(fù)責(zé)接收傳感器信號(hào),并發(fā)送命令信號(hào)給執(zhí)行模塊。執(zhí)行模塊包括開(kāi)窗機(jī)模塊和機(jī)械手模塊。備用電池模塊的作用是保證整套系統(tǒng)在停電的情況下也可以正常的工作。智能家居行業(yè)在未來(lái)幾年將會(huì)急速的發(fā)展,而該系統(tǒng)也可以作為智能家居系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)子模塊,肩負(fù)著可燃?xì)怏w的泄漏檢測(cè)和應(yīng)對(duì)的重要任務(wù),注定會(huì)在人們的生活中起著越來(lái)越重要的作用。為了使用更加方便,在天然氣報(bào)警開(kāi)窗系統(tǒng)中加入了遙控的接收模塊。用戶可以通過(guò)遙控器對(duì)該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行控制。而為了實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)開(kāi)窗機(jī)的組網(wǎng)控制,本次設(shè)計(jì)采用了RS-485總線控制方式,通過(guò)中央控制器控制多個(gè)開(kāi)窗機(jī),從而對(duì)樓宇內(nèi)的窗戶進(jìn)行整體控制。RS-485總線的最遠(yuǎn)距離約為1.2km,支持節(jié)點(diǎn)的數(shù)量有限。這對(duì)于大型工廠或者遠(yuǎn)距離的組網(wǎng),就變得不再適用。采取的方法是在天然氣報(bào)警開(kāi)窗系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用TI公司的CC1310芯片進(jìn)行組網(wǎng)。在該網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,將系統(tǒng)中的每一個(gè)設(shè)備作為一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn),即每一個(gè)設(shè)備都有自己的唯一地址,通過(guò)無(wú)線通信的方式將信息發(fā)送到集中器上,這樣在SYS/BIOS操作系統(tǒng)的平臺(tái)下,整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的通信將會(huì)更加穩(wěn)定。天然氣報(bào)警開(kāi)窗系統(tǒng)的中央控制模塊、開(kāi)窗機(jī)模塊以及節(jié)點(diǎn)和集中器,都是利用C語(yǔ)言來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)各個(gè)模塊的功能。使用CC1310組成無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí),是在應(yīng)用層上對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備完成多任務(wù)的編寫,并通過(guò)“先監(jiān)聽(tīng)后發(fā)送”的方式避免了網(wǎng)絡(luò)中多個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的同頻干擾問(wèn)題。目前,天然氣報(bào)警開(kāi)窗系統(tǒng)在家庭生活中已經(jīng)得到了應(yīng)用,預(yù)防可燃?xì)怏w泄漏的功能非常實(shí)用。通過(guò)SYS/BIOS系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)組網(wǎng)的智能開(kāi)窗機(jī)系統(tǒng)也完成了調(diào)試,設(shè)計(jì)功能已基本實(shí)現(xiàn),在大型建筑和工廠中使用可以為用戶提供極大的方便和安全保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, there are more and more tall buildings and large stadiums, such as railway stations, large gymnasiums, factories and so on. These buildings usually have many and very high windows, which can be inconvenient and unsafe if they are switched on by hand. The intelligent window opener system can solve this problem very well. This system can be used as an independent terminal module. It has sound hardware protection and software protection measures, and can effectively prevent window opener and window from being damaged. In addition, the system can manage all windows in the building directly through the network, and it can also be used as the executive organ of other equipment to realize the system function together. Natural gas alarm window opening system is an important system for home safety detection. It can detect the leakage of combustible gas (including gas, natural gas and liquefied gas) in the home, and make timely measures to deal with the hidden danger of safety. The system consists of four parts: sensor module, central control module, execution module and backup battery module. The function of the sensor module is to detect the combustible gas in the air and output a level signal to the central control module. The central control module is responsible for receiving the sensor signal and sending the command signal to the execution module. The execution module includes window opener module and manipulator module. The role of the backup battery module is to ensure that the whole system can also work properly in the event of power failure. The smart home industry will develop rapidly in the next few years, and the system can also be used as a sub-module of the smart home system, which shoulders the important task of detecting and responding to the leakage of flammable gas. Destined to play an increasingly important role in people's lives. In order to be more convenient to use, the remote control receiving module is added to the natural gas alarm window opening system. The user can control the system by remote control. In order to realize the network control of the window opener, the RS-485 bus control mode is adopted in this design, and several windows openers are controlled by the central controller. The maximum distance of RS-485 bus is about 1.2 km and the number of supporting nodes is limited. This is no longer applicable to large factories or remote networking. On the basis of the natural gas alarm window opening system, the CC1310 chip of TI Company is used to build the network. In this network, every device in the system is treated as a node, that is, each device has its own unique address, and the information is sent to the concentrator by wireless communication, so that on the platform of SYS/BIOS operating system, Communication across the network will be more stable. The central control module, window opener module, node and concentrator of the natural gas alarm window opening system are all designed by C language to design the functions of each module. When CC1310 is used to compose wireless network, the multi-task programming of the whole system equipment is accomplished on the application layer, and the problem of co-frequency interference between multiple nodes in the network is avoided by the way of "listen first and send later". At present, the natural gas alarm window opening system has been applied in the family life, and the function of preventing flammable gas leakage is very practical. The intelligent window opener system based on SYS/BIOS system has also been debugged, and the design function has been basically realized. The application in large buildings and factories can provide users with great convenience and safety protection.
