HRB500鋼筋輕骨料混凝土構(gòu)件局部受壓性能研究

【摘要】:“輕質(zhì)、高強(qiáng)、變形性能好”是工程結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展方向之一。輕骨料混凝土不僅輕質(zhì),而且具有較好的強(qiáng)度和變形性能,具有良好的隔音、保溫和耐火性能。HRB500鋼筋不僅強(qiáng)度高,而且具有良好的變形性能,現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50010-2010)將其作為主導(dǎo)鋼筋推廣應(yīng)用。局部受壓是結(jié)構(gòu)的一種基本受力特征,但是文獻(xiàn)檢索發(fā)現(xiàn),迄今國內(nèi)外對于輕骨料混凝土局部受壓的研究僅局限于配置間接鋼筋構(gòu)件的局部受壓性能研究,而對于同時配置間接鋼筋與HRB500鋼筋骨架的局部受壓性能研究還未見報道,鑒于工程需求和《輕骨料混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ12-2006)修訂的需求,該問題亟待研究解決。因此,本文對HRB500鋼筋輕骨料混凝土的局部受壓性能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。通過25個模擬預(yù)應(yīng)力輕骨料混凝土梁錨固端的局部受壓性能試件(本文稱之為Ⅰ類試件)的試驗(yàn),獲得了試件的破壞形態(tài)、楔形體特征、荷載-位移曲線等相關(guān)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。通過對試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析,得到了配筋、Ab/Al、Acor/Al、輕骨料混凝土強(qiáng)度等參數(shù)對局部受壓性能的影響規(guī)律。通過運(yùn)用兩種方法對試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合分析,提出了考慮HRB500鋼筋骨架和間接鋼筋的預(yù)應(yīng)力輕骨料混凝土梁錨固端的局部受壓承載力計(jì)算公式。通過25個模擬高架橋橋面結(jié)構(gòu)支座下輕骨料混凝土蓋梁的局部受壓性能試件(本文稱之為Ⅱ類試件)的試驗(yàn),獲得了與Ⅰ類試件相似的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。同樣通過對試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析,得到了配筋、Ab/Al、Acor/Al、輕骨料混凝土強(qiáng)度等參數(shù)對局部受壓性能的影響規(guī)律。也通過運(yùn)用兩種方法對試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合分析,提出了考慮HRB500鋼筋骨架和間接鋼筋的高架橋下輕骨料混凝土蓋梁的局部受壓承載力計(jì)算公式。通過運(yùn)用兩種不同的分析方法對全部50個試件的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合分析,得到了HRB500鋼筋輕骨料混凝土構(gòu)件的局部受壓承載力計(jì)算公式。最后,運(yùn)用ABAQUS軟件進(jìn)行建模分析,得到了試驗(yàn)試件的荷載-位移曲線、破壞形態(tài)及特征,獲得了配筋、Ab/Al、Acor/Al、輕骨料混凝土強(qiáng)度等參數(shù)對局部受壓性能的影響規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)實(shí)測結(jié)果和數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果的比較表明,本文所建立的局部受壓性能數(shù)值模擬分析方法是可行的。本文的主要研究成果為國家建設(shè)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《輕骨料混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ12-2006)局部受壓構(gòu)件的條文修訂提供了技術(shù)支撐,同時本文建議的局部受壓承載力計(jì)算公式被該規(guī)程采納。
[Abstract]:Light weight, high strength and good deformation property is one of the developing directions of engineering structures. Lightweight aggregate concrete not only has light weight, but also has good strength and deformation, sound insulation, heat preservation and fire resistance. HRB500 steel bar not only has high strength, but also has good deformation performance. The present National Standard concrete structure Design Code (GB 50010-2010) takes it as the leading reinforcement to be popularized and applied. Local compression is one of the basic mechanical characteristics of structures. However, the research on local compression of lightweight aggregate concrete is limited to the local compression performance of indirect reinforced members at home and abroad. However, there is no report on the study of the local compression performance of the reinforced concrete skeleton with indirect reinforcement and HRB500. In view of the engineering requirements and the requirement of the revision of the Technical Specification for lightweight aggregate concrete structure (JGJ12-2006), the problem needs to be solved urgently. Therefore, the local compressive behavior of HRB500 reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete is systematically studied in this paper. In this paper, the experimental results of 25 specimens with simulated local compressive behavior at the anchoring end of prestressed lightweight aggregate concrete beams (referred to in this paper as Class I specimens) are obtained, such as failure patterns, wedge characteristics, load-displacement curves, and so on. Through the analysis of the test results, the influence of the strength of reinforced concrete and Ab/Al,Acor/Al, lightweight aggregate concrete on the local compressive performance is obtained. By using two methods to fit the test data, a formula for calculating the local compressive capacity of the anchoring end of prestressed lightweight aggregate concrete beams considering HRB500 reinforcement skeleton and indirect reinforcement is put forward. In this paper, the local compressive properties of lightweight aggregate concrete cover beams under the supports of viaduct deck structures are simulated.
