通風模式對雙層玻璃建筑能耗影響的實驗及模擬研究

【摘要】:雙層玻璃幕墻(Double Skin Fa(?)ade)作為一種新型建筑圍護結(jié)構(gòu),能有效降低傳統(tǒng)玻璃幕墻建筑制冷及取暖能耗,因而在現(xiàn)代化建筑中被廣泛使用。目前國內(nèi)對夏熱冬冷地區(qū)雙層玻璃幕墻系統(tǒng)的研究主要是針對其熱工性能的分析,缺乏對DSF通風性能的理論研究和實測分析。本文以株洲為夏熱冬冷地區(qū)的代表,選取某高校搭建的雙層玻璃幕墻實驗房為研究對象,結(jié)合當?shù)氐臍夂蛱卣?對一年中不同季節(jié)下DSF多元通風的運行方式進行深入的分析和探討,為實現(xiàn)雙層玻璃幕墻建筑的最大節(jié)能效益提供理論指導。本文首先依據(jù)CFD原理,借助Fluent軟件對雙層玻璃幕墻在全年不同季節(jié)下不同的通風方式進行模擬分析。其中夏季主要模擬分析了外循環(huán)式雙層玻璃幕墻在自然通風、機械通風及不同機械通風風速下熱通道和室內(nèi)空氣的溫度變化規(guī)律;過渡季節(jié)模擬分析了內(nèi)外側(cè)幕墻通風口的不同使用方式對熱通道和室內(nèi)空氣溫度的影響;冬季則模擬分析了內(nèi)側(cè)幕墻通風口的啟閉對熱通道和室內(nèi)空氣溫度的影響。依據(jù)模擬結(jié)果,總結(jié)出了雙層玻璃幕墻建筑在不同季節(jié)下合理的通風方式。隨后通過實驗對雙層玻璃幕墻實驗房在不同季節(jié)下的通風方式進行了測試,并將實驗結(jié)果與模擬結(jié)果進行了對比分析,但是實驗值與模擬值之間存在誤差,通過分析總結(jié)了產(chǎn)生誤差的原因。最后本文以某辦公建筑為建筑模型,利用能耗模擬軟件DeST模擬分析了雙層玻璃幕墻和傳統(tǒng)玻璃幕墻建筑室內(nèi)自然室溫在夏季和冬季工況下的變化規(guī)律及雙層玻璃幕墻建筑和傳統(tǒng)玻璃幕墻建筑的全年建筑能耗,得出在沒有采取通風措施下,DSF建筑在夏熱冬冷地區(qū)的節(jié)能優(yōu)勢并不明顯。
[Abstract]:As a new type of building envelope structure, double-layer glass curtain wall (Double Skin Fa (-) ade) can effectively reduce the energy consumption of cooling and heating of traditional glass curtain wall buildings, so it is widely used in modern buildings At present, the research on the double-layer glass curtain wall system in hot summer and cold winter area is mainly aimed at the analysis of its thermal performance, and the lack of theoretical research and actual measurement analysis on the ventilation performance of DSF. This paper takes Zhuzhou as the representative of hot summer and cold winter area, selects the double-layer glass curtain wall experimental room built by a certain university as the research object, combines the local climate characteristic, This paper analyzes and discusses the operation mode of DSF multiple ventilation in different seasons of the year, which provides theoretical guidance for realizing the maximum energy saving benefit of double-layer glass curtain wall building. In this paper, according to CFD principle and Fluent software, the ventilation modes of double-layer glass curtain wall are simulated and analyzed in different seasons of the year. In summer, the temperature variation law of heat passage and indoor air under natural ventilation, mechanical ventilation and different mechanical ventilation wind speed is analyzed. In the transition season, the effects of different ways of using the vent of the inner and outer side curtain wall on the heat passage and indoor air temperature are analyzed, and the influence of the opening and closing of the inside curtain wall vent on the heat passage and indoor air temperature is simulated in winter. According to the simulation results, the reasonable ventilation mode of double-layer glass curtain wall in different seasons is summarized. Then the ventilation mode of the double-layer glass curtain wall experiment room in different seasons is tested, and the experimental results are compared with the simulation results, but there are errors between the experimental values and the simulated ones. The causes of errors are analyzed and summarized. Finally, this paper takes an office building as a building model, The energy consumption simulation software DeST is used to simulate and analyze the variation of indoor natural room temperature of double-layer glass curtain wall and traditional glass curtain wall building under summer and winter conditions, and the annual energy consumption of double-layer glass curtain wall building and traditional glass curtain wall building. It is concluded that the energy saving advantage of DSF buildings in hot summer and cold winter area is not obvious without ventilation measures.
