住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化PC預(yù)制構(gòu)件技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:基于節(jié)能減排的需求,我國(guó)十二五規(guī)劃已經(jīng)將預(yù)制裝配建筑作為建設(shè)行業(yè)重要的發(fā)展方向,各地政府也制定了相關(guān)激勵(lì)政策。當(dāng)前我國(guó)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展遇到了主體結(jié)構(gòu)工業(yè)化的瓶頸,各地必須依托新型建筑工業(yè)化技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品,尤其是預(yù)制裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品才能真正實(shí)現(xiàn)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化,因而裝配式預(yù)制構(gòu)件制造基地的建設(shè)恰逢其時(shí)。近十年來,我國(guó)在住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化方面的研究迅速發(fā)展,多家單位開展了相關(guān)的技術(shù)研究和工程實(shí)踐,產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)投放市場(chǎng)。國(guó)家和地方鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)對(duì)新型建筑工業(yè)化技術(shù)及其產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行研究和投資,我單位作為地方龍頭企業(yè),有必要承擔(dān)起相應(yīng)的社會(huì)責(zé)任,引領(lǐng)行業(yè)健康發(fā)展。利用我單位具有良好的財(cái)務(wù)狀況、管理能力、技術(shù)能力和依托內(nèi)部市場(chǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì),以及發(fā)展壯大的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力,此時(shí)抓住機(jī)遇進(jìn)入住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化領(lǐng)域,可以為未來發(fā)展預(yù)留空間。本論文著重解決的關(guān)鍵問題主要分為三個(gè)方面:住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化PC預(yù)制構(gòu)件市場(chǎng)前景研究、住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化PC預(yù)制構(gòu)件制造及安裝關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化PC預(yù)制構(gòu)件建廠實(shí)施方案研究。本論文對(duì)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化技術(shù)體系進(jìn)行了闡述,同時(shí)對(duì)PC預(yù)制構(gòu)件制造工藝進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,同時(shí)針對(duì)現(xiàn)有裝配式住宅的工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)率較低的現(xiàn)實(shí),我們對(duì)現(xiàn)有裝配式施工工藝進(jìn)行改進(jìn),對(duì)PC構(gòu)件的拼裝方式及拼裝節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新并進(jìn)行了細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的安全可靠性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。本文還結(jié)合我單位關(guān)于發(fā)展住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化并投資建設(shè)裝配式住宅預(yù)制構(gòu)件廠的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)路線、市場(chǎng)、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施條件進(jìn)行分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上做出形成住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化建廠運(yùn)營(yíng)的投融資估算、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面的研究判斷。最后本文提出PC預(yù)制構(gòu)件的建廠實(shí)施方案。結(jié)合我集團(tuán)公司擬建設(shè)一座預(yù)制構(gòu)件廠設(shè)為永久性工廠進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃方案研究,生產(chǎn)廠房按照“總體規(guī)劃、分步實(shí)施、預(yù)留發(fā)展空間”的設(shè)想,結(jié)合市場(chǎng)需求和場(chǎng)地狀況,產(chǎn)能設(shè)計(jì)為年施工房屋建筑面積50-60萬(wàn)平方米,以滿足輻射周邊150km范圍內(nèi)預(yù)制裝配式建筑構(gòu)件加工生產(chǎn)能力需求,通過經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)可行性分析對(duì)建廠的可性行進(jìn)行論證,以期將技術(shù)成果落地轉(zhuǎn)化,為推進(jìn)我單位的住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the demand of energy saving and emission reduction, prefabricated assembly buildings have been regarded as the important development direction of the construction industry in the 12th Five-Year Plan of our country, and local governments have also formulated relevant incentive policies. At present, the development of housing industrialization in our country has met the bottleneck of the industrialization of the main structure. All localities must rely on the new building industrialization technology and products, especially the prefabricated concrete structure technology and products, in order to realize the housing industrialization. Thus, the construction of prefabricated components manufacturing base is timely. In the past ten years, the research on housing industrialization in China has developed rapidly. Many units have carried out related technical research and engineering practice, and the products have been put on the market. The state and local governments encourage enterprises to study and invest in the new construction industrialization technology and its products. As a local leading enterprise, it is necessary for our unit to shoulder the corresponding social responsibility and lead the healthy development of the industry. With the advantages of good financial situation, management ability, technical ability and relying on the internal market, and the endogenous motive force of development, we can seize the opportunity to enter the field of housing industrialization and reserve room for the future development. The key problems of this paper are mainly divided into three aspects: research on the market prospect of PC prefabricated components in residential industrialization, key technologies for manufacturing and installing PC prefabricated components in residential industrialization, and research on the implementation scheme of PC prefabricated components in residential industrialization. In this paper, the technical system of housing industrialization is expounded, and the manufacturing process of PC prefabricated components is systematically studied. At the same time, the low industrial productivity of existing prefabricated housing is also discussed. We have improved the existing assembly construction technology, innovated and designed the assembly mode and joints of PC components, and verified the safety and reliability of the structure. This paper also analyzes the internal and external environment, product technical route, market and project implementation conditions of our unit concerning the development of housing industrialization and investment in the construction of prefabricated components factory of prefabricated housing. On this basis, the investment and financing estimation, economic benefit, implementation risk and so on for the formation of housing industrialization factory operation are studied and judged. Finally, this paper puts forward the implementation scheme of PC prefabricated components. In combination with our group's plan to build a prefabricated factory as a permanent factory, the planning scheme is studied. According to the idea of "master plan, step by step implementation, reserved development space", combined with market demand and site condition, The production capacity is designed as the annual building floor area of 50-600 thousand square meters, in order to meet the demand of processing production capacity of prefabricated building components within the range of radiation peripheral 150km, the feasibility of the construction of the factory is demonstrated through the analysis of economic and technological feasibility. The purpose of this paper is to transform the technical achievements to the ground and lay the foundation for the development of housing industrialization in our unit.
