污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)運行性能實測與節(jié)能潛力分析

【摘要】:筆者對大連某原生污水源熱泵供熱供冷系統(tǒng)進行了實測,獲得了該系統(tǒng)供暖季和供冷季的運行數(shù)據(jù),供暖季污水溫度平均值為10.45℃,機組和系統(tǒng)平均COP分別為5.02和3.93;供冷季污水溫度平均值為18.43℃,供冷季機組和系統(tǒng)平均COP分別為6.26和4.54。為了進一步減少污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)的運行能耗,提高系統(tǒng)COP,一方面對污水換熱器換熱系數(shù)進行測試研究,與運行初期相比污水換熱器換熱系數(shù)下降了50.08%,更換換熱器后,機組和系統(tǒng)COP分別提高了16.08%和11.36%,說明污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)定期清潔和更換換熱器的重要性;另一方面對污水源熱泵機組變工況運行時蒸發(fā)器側(cè)和冷凝器側(cè)進水溫度和流量對機組性能影響進行分析,基于Data Fit軟件建立了機組性能隨蒸發(fā)器和冷凝器進水溫度和流量變化的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并基于TRNSYS平臺對系統(tǒng)負荷側(cè)水泵定頻和變頻工況分別進行模擬,變頻運行機組和系統(tǒng)COP均增加,系統(tǒng)累計能耗減少約18.52%。
